Service is a joke
If I could leave zero stars for their service department, I would. They have lost my family's business for LIFE!! 1st trip, they left the oil cap off, which could have caused a fire in our engine. 2nd trip: they didn't latch the hood, which could have caused a major accident. 3rd trip: they left a bungee cord attached from where they worked on our brakes. This could have locked the wheel at any time causing a deadly wreck. I don't know who they've got working there, but they need to be retrained or fired!!! My husband went and spoke with Tom Kelly and Chuck Higgins. They had the audacity to accuse him of lying, saying he could have picked that bungee up off the street. Shame on them! My family could have been injured or killed due to their negligence. Not even an apology, just excuses and b.s.

Never again!
My daughter (18) and I bought a used Ford Edge piece of junk. It ran hot 2 days after purchase. Begged even the manager to take it back. They would if they could tack whole price on to next car. I tell everyone not to buy there. Also put a transmission in the car within 2 weeks after purchase.
