I was very impressed that I was able to get a warranty service appt., within less than 3 hours of when I desired. Service was prompt, waiting area was comfortable & service writer explained work performed. Would highly recommend this dealership. I bought this truck, from them, 1.5 years ago. I feel they value my business.

Passing through did an oil change I had 300 miles left for warranty. They didn’t know how to check the warranty.

Started off having to go through 3 different people,
Started off having to go through 3 different people, because nobody knew if a hold could be placed on a car. I specifically told the first person i was more than willing to put a deposit on it. After talking to a 3rd person, i finally contacted the sales manager, that happened to send out the generic follow up emails, and finally got a response 5hrs later. I live 5 hrs from the dealership so I specifically asked for any pics of defects, scratches, dents, etc so i could decide if i wanted to make the trip. Was sent pics, which all looked good, told the car was checked out and was in excellent condition. Spent a week discussing the vehicle, and placed a deposit to hold the vehicle for a week. I rented a car to make the 5hr drive down to purchase the car. Got to the dealership, looked over the car and went for a quick drive. After signing everything and giving them the check for the vehicle, i finally sat down and started to mess with the settings and infocenter, and realized that the touchscreen infocenter/radio sis not work. The knobs worked some of the features but the touchscreen did not work. The salesman actually saw me sitting there and tried to help, and even escalated it to the service manager and sales manager. The service manager tried to reset the system, which did not work and he started to try to help from what i understand. The salesman finally came back out from talking to the sales manager and informed me that the sales manager said i could either take the car as is or get all my money back and figure out a way back home. Basically a big “F-you.” I felt misled and very disappointed in the customer service with this situation. I never drove the car off the lot when i found the problem. The sales manager was not interested in even coming out to try to work anything out with me. I do NOT recommend this place, or dealing with the sales manager. Its obvious they dont care about their customers, or stand behind their inventory. I was told this vehicle went through their inspection process, which obviously is lacking skilled inspectors.

Hey Jon, we hate that you had a negative experience with our Sales Department. Although we regret that we weren't able to quickly resolve the problem, we did all that we reasonably could, considering your unique situation. The problems with the screen were not known to us until you pointed it out; obviously we would have all preferred to save the time, money, and headache had we known beforehand. We were/are equally as frustrated as you. Our inspection process is primarily mechanical, and the portion that does involve checking the internal components was completed, but not using the touch screen (the technicians used the knobs and buttons, not the screen). Once discovering this problem, our options became extremely limited. If it had been a Toyota, we may have had more/better options, but with a used Volkswagen, we were looking at a week or more to get it fixed by a Volkswagen dealer. That obviously does not work for you as someone who lives so far away. Therefore, unfortunately, the best thing for all parties involved was to offer you the option to buy it as-is or just part ways. That isn't a "screw off," it is a "that's the best we can do given the reality of the circumstances." Not sure what else we could have possibly done, unless you were willing to get a hotel and/or wait indefinitely for a potential replacement/fix by our local Volkswagen dealer. That's unreasonable for all parties involved, so parting ways was truly the best thing for all parties involved. We apologize for the unexpectedly atypical and frustrating experience, and we wish you the best in your search moving forward.

Service department is the best experience from everyone on the service staff. Josh is amazing and truly takes care of his customers including myself. I purchased my vehicle with them and only have Toyota service my car. Thank you Josh!!!
