Stopped in for low tire pressure.
Stopped in for low tire pressure. Filled all tires and found a potential leak in rear tire. They immediately put my car on the rack to test the tires condition. Found a small nail and no puncture.

I've owned Porsches in 2 states NJ and FLA and both of the dealerships have been top notch in terms of work and customer service. I might give Naples Porsche the edge because of the level of caring and responsiveness I get from my Service Writer (Victoria) & the Service manager (Vince). They make me feel like I'm a member of the family even though my car (997) is 15 years old. The technicians that work on my car have always been top notch as well.

Service department is great.
Service department is great. Every service employee is very attentive and responsive. Sales department has a lot of work to do to equal the Service department. I?ve left 4 messages to my salesman and not received a single call back a month later. I?ve since switched dealers and now go to Fort Myers
