I can count on a low pressure salesman who knows his cars to help me buy just the right car for my needs. The sales room is clean and comfortable for waiting to have a deal closed.

Be very Careful

I contacted this dealership from cars.com and inquired about a specific vehicle. I showed up on Saturday for a test drive. When I indicated interest in the vehicle and sat down with the sales person he showed me a paper with the sales price and another block with a number that he said included taxes etc. I can do math and after taxes there was an additional $1,000 or so in the cost. When i asked what was hidden he started the list. Window Etching for $300? What the xxxx is that? on and on.. I said what i would pay for and he said no way would the mysterious "sales manager" be willing to accept that so I shook his hand and walked out. He chased me down in the parking lot and the mysterious "sales manager" magically appeared and said it was ok. It was Saturday afternoon and the banks were closed and I intended to pay cash so I asked if I could leave a deposit and bring a cashiers check on Monday morning and dang.. the mysterious "sales manager" would never go for that. I was supposed to drive 45 min each direction and bring them a check today. The customer service at this dealership basically stinks. The hidden charges scam is not honest.

First issue: Drove 45 min to test drive car and was told...

First issue: Drove 45 min to test drive car and was told car was being used as demo and needed to come back next day. They knew I was coming back the next day at the time agreed upon and when I arrived I was told the dealer employee had already left with the car even though they knew I was coming. So I had to make another 45 min drive the next day and was told the car would be there and be all cleaned up and ready. Well, the car was there but it was filthy!!! So had to come back the next day because they didn’t have time to get it cleaned. Second issue: the car was listed with 13k miles. Instead the car had 14,500 miles due to the car being driven as a demo. I asked for a small price decrease to account for the extra mileage (<$500) and was told “No”. I tried again for a small discount on the day i signed the papers and again was told “No”. Extremely poor customer service when I was told they could discount .25 cents per extra mile over advertised mileage. Third issue: after buying the car, we were driving home and almost ran out of gas! We literally had 38 miles to empty. The FACT THE DEALER DID NOT PUT ANY GAS IN THE CAR IS TOTALLY PETTY AND ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! Between the 4 trips of 45 min and the fact they misadvertised the car mileage and wouldn’t take a small discount for the extra mileage and didn’t even put a half tank of gas in the car..... stay away from this dealership!!!!! The only positive experience was the Finance person we dealt with. He was very good and quick.

I was immediately greeted upon arrival everyone was nice and accommodating. The process of purchasing the leased vehicle was completed in a timely manner, I left very satisfied!

He made sure everything was done properly and considering how I am a first time buyer he even explain how the process worked. He broke it down in every way possible, I appreciate doing business with him and the dealership it’s self. I would high recommend going to Jorge and Andy Mohr Buick GMC lot.
