Service guy didnt listen at all about the issues.

Service guy didnt listen at all about the issues. Told us the car was ready when we arrive it wasnt ready and had to hait an additional hour.

Second car I’ve purchased from this dealer in the past year or so. Taryn and Chris are great to work with. Responsive and fair pricing, no xx. The whole process is smooth and quick, they are truly a well-oiled machine.

Tom (salesman), Billy (sales manager) and Johnny (finance

Tom (salesman), Billy (sales manager) and Johnny (finance manager) were so helpful. If you’re looking for a dealership that doesn’t have the typical “dealership” feel, come here! They were so kind and flexible. Not pushy at all (which is why I dislike buying cars). We left wanting to buy our next vehicle from them. When you stop by, ask for Tom or Billy!!

I was in Modern Nissan for preventive maintenance.

I was in Modern Nissan for preventive maintenance. My husband always took care of our car needs so this was my first experience handling car maintenance. Tom was so nice. He explained everything to me and made me glad I was having the work done at Modern. Tom was fast efficient answered all my questions and I could not have asked for a better mechanic. I made sure I had his card so he would be working on my car again. A definite asset for Modern Nisan with expert skills.
