Great Experienxe
Went in for an oil chance, estimated time was about an hour. They were right! Fast and efficient. I had plans to go straight to the car wash for a wash and vacuum. To my surprise it had already been done in addition to the oil change. Thank you Nissan!

Great Place
Carmen was my sales representative and she was amazing. I got the car I wanted for the price I wanted. I would definitely buy another car with Carmen. The finance manger Kyle was awesome as well. Best car sales experience I’ve ever had.

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER CARE!
Yesterday my 2021 Nissan rouge sv broke down. I called the dealership and spoke to the manager directly. His name was mike and despite me being in a frustrating/scary situation on the side of the road, he managed to keep me calm. He gave me a number to a tow guy who came within 20 minutes. He dropped me off at my house and took my car to the dealership. They repaired the problem within 2-3 hours. They also washed my car, vacuumed it AND filled the gas tank. I called mike directly after getting my car and thanked him for his outstanding customer service. Despite a small setback in my day, he managed to go above and beyond for me. He even got the shuttle to come get me when my car was done. I couldn’t be happier.

“ Awesome service Department “
Awesome service advisors, they are all very helpful and courteous. The one that stands out most for me is MATT RZUCIDLO he is the one that I deal with most of the time that’s just the way it worked out. Matt keeps me updated when I am in the waiting area, if my car 🚗 is in for a couple of days he calls with updates and because of my job I am not able to be near a phone ☎️, Matt will leave detailed voicemails or text messages to let me know exactly what is going on with my vehicle. Matt does his best to make sure that I leave the service area a happy customer. Thanks Matt keep up the good work. 👍🏽👍🏽.

Need help with the needs of customers
I take it everyone has a bad day, so the operator must had hers. I called into the dealer and before I can say anything, I got put me on hold. So I waited, 6 minutes later she comes back on the phone and ask how canI help you, at this point I want an apology for being on hold so long. So without saying sorry for the hold she just stated how can I help you, being polite I ask is everything ok because I was on hold for a while, she just stated I work by myself. Still waiting on an apology, I see it wasn’t going to happen. If she’s the only one answering the phone and not caring about other peoples time, Sheridan must hire more people or she needs to learn how to manage her time better.

Such a nice and pleasant staff.
Such amazing People and outstanding service. They assured me how long it would take. And I ran some errands they called the time they said my car would be ready. They offered me a shuttle service which I didn't need. Such nice people.
