We had a car on order in Auburn, Wa through the Costco internet program, due to arrive late February. We approached Dick Hannah as we'd purchased several vehicles through them. They not only met but beat the Internet pricing. We set up an appointment with Internet dept of which person selected was busy. Antonio was our first contact thru the door so then stepped up to help us through the process. He found us what we were looking for...Subsequently we made the purchase. Very friendly guy with no pressure sales style.

Excellent thorough service
Easy to schedule, checkin very efficient and pleasant. Texts from assigned associate updated me and on time to tell me when car ready for pickup.

Dick Hanna Subaru Service
Checking in with the service writer was quick. Informed me about how long the repairs would possibly take and was pretty close time wise. Know that isn't always the case, but for the most part, pretty close.

Once again, the amazing team at Dick Hannah Subaru delivers again! Peter Maher is our guy and is a Subaru guru! My wife got her dream Wilderness Outback and I ended up trading in my WRX for a new WRX, Kamal the GM made it happen after he asked me if I’d like to trade up. What a surprise! It was all because of the team at DH. Kenny the manager was a great helps, Makayla and Jeff made the paperwork easy. I live in Portland and don’t go to the other dealers because of the commitment of service I receive from Dick Hannah Subaru. They’re always worth the trip. We purchased our 4th and 5th Subaru from DH!
