Classic bait and switch . Over 15 vehicles in my budget and requirements . At the dealer I was told those were at a “different Lot!” I left a bit disappointed but checked on the website and saw 3 more were added in on the list. My inquiry was answered by. That’s the way we get you in but we have great vehicle but not at that price !! Poor way to do business . After reading other reviews , I see I’m not alone . Glad I didn’t get to the point of seeing a $3000 dealer fee added . I may have lost my Shhhh

They asked LOT of MORE money if I pay cash.
They asked LOT of MORE money if I pay cash. Car from 13,000 to pay over 20,000. Financing ~$8000 wanted an APR > 7% when I have a Credit Score of > 800 points

They did a classic bait and switch.
They did a classic bait and switch. Drove 45 minutes for a van that they claimed was in stock only to be told it’s not available. They show you other vehicles that are 10k more than advertised one. Unprofessional. When you call them it’s answered by people outside the US. Pass on this dealership.

Worst Nightmare Car Buying Experience – Dishonest and Avoid at All Costs! I am writing this review to warn everyone to stay far away from this dealership. My experience here has been nothing short of a complete nightmare, full of dishonesty, distraction, and broken promises. Deceptive Pricing and Sneaky Tactics I agreed to a vehicle price of $36,000. I provided a substantial $15,000 down payment. Yet, when I finally reviewed my final paperwork, I discovered my loan was still $35,000. That means they effectively sold me the car for $39,000—$3,000 over the agreed-upon price! This deceptive practice was facilitated by the finance manager, who rushed me to sign the closing documents while I was conveniently (for them) on the phone with my insurance company. They used a deliberate tactic of distraction to sneak an inflated price and extra costs past me. Total Lack of Accountability and Ghosting To make matters worse, they burdened my loan with over $5,000 in completely useless coverage and guarantees. I formally requested the cancellation of these unnecessary add-ons over six months ago to lower my principal. The dealership, however, has done nothing. Sales Manager, Luis Tavarez: He repeatedly assured me he would personally handle the cancellation and submit the necessary paperwork to the bank. Now, he refuses to answer my calls or return my messages. Customer Service Rep, Kate: She also initially took my calls but has now completely stopped answering. This is not a matter of a simple oversight; this is willful negligence and ghosting after they secured my money. They are holding my $5,000 and forcing me to pay interest on it. Final Warning This dealership engages in unethical, predatory business practices. They will overcharge you, distract you while you sign, and then completely abandon you when you need them to correct their mistakes. Do NOT reward this kind of dishonesty with your business. Stay away from this place and save yourself the stress, the time, and thousands of dollars. STAY AWAY! Caraballo

I bought a SUV from them 2 month ago and 2wks after I had
I bought a SUV from them 2 month ago and 2wks after I had the car the battery and start went. I had to get a new battery and get the car towed to them. I got reburst for the battery but I feel I should of got reburst for both. 2wks after that the air condition stop working and I took it back and the mechanic spoke to me like i was crazy because the air was wrong. now it is 2 wks and the air went again. I spoke with a manager Sammy both times . the second time he was like am going to talk to the leslie and get back to me. which that never happen. am so unhappy with this dealer and now am stuck with this Suv. bad deal ever
