We have been purchasing vehicle from Tommy and Roy for close to 15 years. I started with a Honda Odyssey as a Christmas present for my wife and have continued. I always know when it is time to buy another vehicle to call them and they will take care of me and my family. The long and short is if you want to buy from someone who is personable and stands behind their cars then call Neutz Brothers.

I purchase a 2006 Mazda 3 from Tom Neutz. Tom is a very personable guy and really does care about creating a relationship with his customers. I had owned the car about a month and a half when an issue with the remote start caused the car to quit running. Tom took care of me promptly and with no hassles! I'll definitely go back to Neutz when I start looking for a car for my daughter when she starts driving!

After looking at several used 4 Runners in the Lexington area, and having some not so pleasant experiences at car lots, I stumbled upon Nuetz Brothers through Cars.com. I made the trek to Louisville and was quite suprised by the "no pressure" atmoshphere. The staff was honest, didn't play games, and made me feel at home. The price was right and the 2004 4 Runner came with a warranty! About a month after buying the vehicle the rear door latch quit working properly. I made a call to Tommy Nuetz and he immediatley ordered a new latch and replaced it at no cost to me! The whole experience was great! I'll definitley be back for my next vehicle. The staff at Neutz Brothers are very down-to-earth, and genuinely friendly folks, not your typical glad-hand salesmen. The building is quite modest, and for it, they can keep their prices low. Expect a good experience with a touch of old-fashioned Mayberry. We received a warranty for this van, and when there was a hickup with air-conditioning, they fixed it right away without any hassles. They have their own repair faciities on site and they did a great job.

Contacted them through cars.com and got a fast response. Employees were easy to work with and are very down to earth. They don't hound you like the normal dealerships and give you your space. Answered every question truthfully. Would recommend working with them.
