Ilan's Auto Sales

I am a first time car buyer and I went to a few car dealers before going to Ilan’s Auto. The experience was as described: it was a low pressure, relaxed family-owned atmosphere, and the it was unlike any other dealer that I’d been to. I loved Ilan’s because they sell quality cars at competitive prices. I got a much nicer car for about a thousand bucks less than the ones that other dealers were offering. With the 3 month warranty already included in the price of the car and the fact that the cars I test drove drove really smoothly, I felt safe driving off with my car today! Feels like I’m driving a new-ish car! :)

Bought a 2013 Hyundai Veloster, cash payment. Buying process was smooth and there was help throughout. Helped me to secure my wheels and get out on the road, any questions or problems I had they were there to help. Nice dealership.

The one bright spot about this place is they will allow you to take their vehicles to your mechanic before purchase. (I highly highly recommend doing this ) I had the pleasure of doing so . Thank you Mike . He saved me 15995 tax , doc fees and tags. I just want to say buyer beware . The “3month warranty doesn’t cover suspension issue or axle issues. The American flag is beautiful on the 2012 wrangler. But if you put a dress on a pig ? It’s still a 🐖.... buyer beware . Especially on the 2012 wrangler with the red handles and American flag windows. Oh. And I even had to put 10$ in gas in it to drive to mechanic because for 2 days prior to purchase the truck sat pinned on E . And was gonna be sold on E .... can you imagine ? Selling a 16k$ truck and not even putting a drop of gas in it ? Short of that. I would love to know who does their PA inspections? Because that mechanic should be shut down for putting new stickers on these cars. Good luck. And truly listen to my words. (TAKE THE VEHICLE TO A TRUSTED MECHANIC OR EVEN ANY MECHANIC BEFORE TOU BUY HERE ) just felt like I could help someone else with my experience. I can’t imagine in hindsight I was gonna buy a 16k $ truck from a guy who wasn’t even gonna put 5$ in the gas tank. But probably would have cashed my check 7 min after I leaked away. Good luck. Emailed about a truck, they said it was still there, called about same truck before I drove 30 min to get there, they said it was still there. Got there to loo at said truck, oh no we sold that one but I have another one. How much is that? Oh probably around the same price. Pretty much the reason people think used car salesmen are sleazy.

The car i was interesting in got sold before I was able to get there. The gentleman called me to apologize and offer help to buy a different one. No apology was expected I was at work 😪. He was very nice

i've bought multiple cars from Ilan over the years. Lexus, Toyota, and Nissan. All have been great experiences... and I still have the Toyota with $230,000 miles on it! He's easy to work with, no BS, and takes the stress out of buying a used car.

Always do your own checks and review the automobile before purchasing. Just a word to the wise, warranty may not always be included with purchase.

Purchased my first real vehicle here. The people were very friendly and very real. Nothing felt like pressured, over-hyped, or any gimmicky tactics like other dealerships. Mike was very helpful with processing and getting all the information and help I needed to get my Jeep Wrangler. They had really great deals and a great selection of vehicles. The place to go to buy a trustworthy used vehicle, especially Wranglers. Thank you for all your help!

I have been buying and selling my cars for over 40 years and had several unpleasant experiences. However, I discovered Ilan's Auto 15 years ago and since then I have been using only this dealership. Ilan know how to purchase good quality cars, his prices are good, and his service incredible. It is a pleasant experience to work with him and I have been recommending him to my friends who all like him. Ilan brings excellent reputation to used car dealers. He is by far the very best!!!
