Randy Smith the sales manager helped us make the best choice for our daughter along with sales associate Alyssa Canfield concerning the importance of purchasing a certified vehicle. Also was our daughter's Trish first purchase of a car and Randy Smith helped with the first time buyer program along with Finance manager Mike Shaheen. The dealership is in a really beautiful town and the dealership itself is large and comfortable. I worked with saleswoman, Carmin Citraro, to buy a used Ram 1500. She had everything ready for when I arrived. The whole experience from start/finish was quick and hastle free. I was coming to this dealership from out of state, and they were very accommodating after my long trip too. Overall I had an excellent experience with Spitzer Ford.

Adam was extremely helpful and worked very hard to get us at the payment we needed. Even though we were there longer than expected, Adam and the finance guy were good sports and we had lots of sincere laughter. Adam made the process painless and we are happy with the vehicle we purchased. I would definitely recommend Adam for any car buying needs.

We have been leasing vehicles for over 20 years and this was our first visit to this dealership. Randy, Jen and Brian made the experience a pleasant one. I always dread the visit to the car dealership but this experience was wonderful. I never felt pressured once. We told them the type of car we were looking for, the options we wanted and the price we needed to be at. They found the exact vehicle we wanted and had it brought to the dealership within 48 hours. We went and signed the papers and were out the door within an hour. I appreciated the no runaround approach! I would highly recommend this dealership!

Quartni was an absolute pleasure to work with! No pressure, went straight to the vehicle I wanted with no hassle or trying to talk me into something else like some sales people. 100% professional, she is new to selling cars but in my opinion she is destined to go far! She made me feel more like a friend than a sale, and that is wonderful! I have been buying and trading and working on cars for as long as I can remember and during that time mostly hated the dealership experience. Always a hassle, hours spent waiting around, horrible “deals” , lemon vehicles, etc Spitzer Ford has won a customer for life with this experience. Mostly due to Quartni. Mike was also awesome on the financial end, he explained all of the numbers, gave me the deal I wanted and found me financing through my current bank which makes making payments easy! They also kept my payments within reason and right in the ballpark of what I came in looking for. Randy was also an amazing guy to work with on this deal. I got the car I have wanted for a very very long time (2005 Ford Mustang!!!!) and Randy and the service department made sure I would have no issues with the car. They fixed anything they found wrong (including a paint job to fix some chips in the hood) and also fixed the things my mechanic found. Amazing service ! To everyone at Spitzer Ford I can not thank you enough! This Mustang will be passed down to my kids eventually and we are already making some great family memories in it!
