Everyone from Nick in Sales to Brain in finance was very personable and easy to deal with. Never once did I feel pressured or stressed during the process. This was our second vehicle we purchased from Spitzer Ford Hartville, and I can easily say I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone.

I was looking for an economical car for my commute to work, and was able to work out almost the entire purchase on line and over the phone. I was straight forward with what I was trading in, what I wanted to spend, and that I needed fuel economy. Very easy buying process and very friendly and courteous staff. I spent a total of maybe 45 minutes at the dealership.

Adam is by far the best guy to deal with when buying a car. I never felt pressured a bit! Pleasant and down to earth so it made buying my car an easy choice. I will return in the future for my next purchase!!!
