The only problem I had was that when I arrived it took
The only problem I had was that when I arrived it took them about 15 mins to find out who was going to take my info and vehicle ( spoke to 3 men ) before someone actually came. Everything else was good.

This is my second here at this dealer (Bayside Chrysler Jeep Dodge). I dealt with Gino this time. He was a complete gentleman. This sale/lease process was straight forward thanks to Gino. He helped me get what I really wanted which was a Jeep Rubicon X in the color and engine size.

The service was excellent. I was in a bad situation and the service department was able to not only take my car in but also got to work on it quickly. I appreciate the service department immensely.
