Came to fix a window and tie rod

Overall this was a great experience. The staff was friendly and kept in touch with me through out the process. They also explained the problem well

Great Sevice

I brought my 2011 Jeep Cherokee in because I thought something was wrong with the speedometer. It turned out that was fine, but I had other issues and they were all resolved and covered under my extended warranty:)

Juan helped me get into a Ram 2500 Pickup

Juan was very helpful getting me into my 2016 Ram 2500 Diesel Truck. I talked to Juan after my sister had a great experience purchasing a 2016 Jeep Wrangler Willys two days prior. I highly recommend Juan, he tracked down a truck with everything I wanted.

Horrible Service Department

Terrible service department they are unable to fix the issues without bring the car back several times and poor customer service. I have had to bring my car back five times to fix the rear camera's and its still not fixed plus the number of recall items on these cars is excessive. If you have a recall they wont book an appointment until a month out and this was after the woman I was booking the appointment with informed me that the recall could be dangerous.

I appreciate your response but the rear camera issue is still not resolved and I will have had to bring my car back three times in a three week period to hopefully get it corrected and it shouldn't take over two weeks to receive a part. Hopefully the service technicians get their act together because there does not appear to be any quality controls in place for their work and its your customers who are being inconvenienced.
