Best dealership in the business. Every department has a top shelf staff. From sales, management to maintenance. Maintenance goes out of its way from the counter people, management and mechanics. Excellent service in every capacity.

Their Factory trained service technician broke the tabs

Their Factory trained service technician broke the tabs off my steering wheel that held the airbag in place. They try to tell me that the stereo was broken before they got it not realizing there was a camera in my car that recorded The technician bash my exterior wheel with a screwdriver and rubber mallet to disconnect the airbag. And they still didn't perform any of the recalls. Bob told me I had to pay for the new steering wheel myself even after I showed him the video of his Tech bashing my steering wheel with a screwdriver and mallet. They had my car for nearly a month. They never ordered any of the parts that they broke file the complaint with corporate and after I filed a complaint with corporate Bob refuses to talk to me over the phone and when I've gone into the dealership the people at the advisors desk tell me that Bob's not there . Even though he walked past me on the sales floor without noticing me. He said that his team was doing me a favor by even doing the federally mandated recalls on my car. He told me my car is old and I should buy a new one Even though the dealership called me six different times To buy my car from me I emailed corporate the recorded conversations where Bob is being belligerent and dismissive even after being confronted with the video from inside my car

The problem is Bob Kennedy the service manager decides to avoid my phone call every time I call I even had to go into the dealership and confront him and because I filed the complaint with corporate he's avoiding any conversation with me on the phone or in person he filed a warranty claim with corporate for damage they did to my car instead of taking responsibility for the damage his service tech caused even after I provided him video from inside my car showing exactly when the damage was caused even the video with him inside the car turning on and telling him just to push it outside and then 30 days later still no response from him

Great from start to finish.

Great from start to finish. The deal was agreed on with ease. They have my business from here on.
