Ford F-150 Lariat Purchase
Whoever does Lamb's detail work needs further training. It was only cursory and I had to re-do much of the interior. I had asked for the smoke smell to be negated. I was not. Waited almost two weeks for the add-on bed liner. Additional warranty was sold as a $45 dollar/month add-on. Did not understand the entire cost was nearly $2,500 so had it reversed. Not sure that has happened yet. Finance guy not thorough. Shawn the sales guy was as good as his management would let him be. If the truck had not had such over-riding appeal such as low mileage, we would have walked with no further hassle.

Excellent customer service.
After having many problems with the used car I bought from Lamb Nissan in Prescott,I was very concerned because the 15 day warranty had expired. I was able to work thing out with Toby and Leon,they found an SUV that was perfect for my needs.I would like to thank all at Lamb Nissan,customer service was excellent, and I would certainly recommend them to family and friends

Dearer Response to my request for information
the dealers website misrepresented the car I wanted saying it was a 6 speed manual when the pictures clearly showed it to be an automatic. this stopped me from going any further. then after this was made awares to the internet rep he still has not corrected the mistake on their website. He has even tried to contact me again as though he was not awares of our previous conversation about this issue.

Hi Terry, I am sorry for the confusion. If I remember correctly it was a New Camaro that you had interest in? We at the dealer level don't send out our new inventory listings to the stores website, that's handled by GM. After our conversation, I did some digging and found out that GM had some Equipment listings incorrect. They told me that it was because when they launched their brand new updated website they had a programming error that has since been corrected. We were one of their very first stores to adopt the new site. Again I am sorry this happened and will be looking out for it in the future. Great Service
My service advisor Richard Knight went out of his way to get my vehicle in and taken care of on very short notice. If not for his help I would have had to cancel a long planned recreational trip.
