Scheduled Service
Waited on vehicle. Did not take long. Good coffee. The vehicles in the showroom, I recommend a posted statement as to why they are special. Those two that were assembled in Great Britain, but not for sale, had a list price of more than my Odyssey, what is their backstory?

I've been coming to Lucas Honda of Jacksonville since we moved in the area in 2003. I've been served by Steve, Pam, Scott, Brandon, Mike, and Jeff all those years and what a GREAT TEAM Lucas Honda have. I drive a total of 120 miles round trip to work 5 days a week and since I purchased my little commuter 2010 Honda Civic, it had never failed me on the road. So GO LUCAS HONDA GO. I have 12 to 14 years more of driving to do, so my business stays with Lucas Honda. My next car will be another Honda Civic.

2004 Honda Repair
My experience with having my 2004 Honda CR-V repaired was excellent as usual. I have had vehicles serviced by the other Honda dealers and none measure up to Lucas Honda. Honda parts and service are not cheap but if you want to protect your investment (and potential resale value) I have found it prudent to use only Honda OEM parts and Lucas Honda service. My only complaint is the cost of a drivers side sun visor for my CR-V. Lucas Honda parts quoted me a price of over $213.00 for a replacement. Let's think about what this is. It is a metal rod, probably fiber board filler and plastic covering. I really would like for someone to explain to my why a sun visor costs over $200.

I had a warning light come on Friday night. I took the car in Saturday without an appointment. They worked me in, had the part in stock, and fixed my car by lunch. Always very courteous and helpful!
