I brought my CR-V in for a recall on the fuel pump. The work was done in less time than the original estimate. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Went in with an appointment scheduled with Jim Mcdonald. He was very pleasant and nice. However, for some reason, he didn't seem to take me as a serious buyer and did not seriously negotiate with me. Therefore, I went to Duval Honda and got a great deal on my HRV sport.

They always make sure I leave with a running car with no problems. I never have an issue after I leave the service center.

Always dependable and the quality of work is top of the line.

I did not fully appreciate the service department until I won a new Mercedes and had to deal with those liars and thieves. I have been a Lucas customer for almost 20 years and have never had a complaint with service. However, 11 years ago I was not happy with sales so I bought my van in St Augustine, good sales but one visit to the service department ended my relationship with them.

Our Ridgeline was detailed, and the job was beyond expectations. Vehicle was well vacuumed, the inside trim wiped clean, and the exterior finely polished. Great job! Thanks

I brought my 2019 Honda Fit in for a recall service on the fuel pump. Service manager said it would take about three hours. He got me a ride to the Orange Park Mall. Three hours later, I called for a ride back. Driver got there in about ten minutes, which is great considering the traffic. Work was finished when I got there.
