I had a great experience at Superior Honda this weekend....

I had a great experience at Superior Honda this weekend. I was stressed about the process and Arin made it easy and smooth, as much as he possibly could. He is a wonderful salesman who had the answers to questions asked and than got numbers that worked for me. The financing aspect was smoother than the last couple places I have been as well. Thanks Arin and Superior for a good car buying experience!!!

Abdul and John were great to work with. They held the car for me until I could get to Omaha. The buying process was very easy and everyone involved was great. Staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Ryan, the finance guy was awesome and friendly as well.

Chuck is the best salesman you could ask for there! Very very helpful and thorough. Not once did I feel pressured. The paperwork process was fast. Chuck is very patient and straightforward which is my kind of person. 100% will go back and recommend!

Received a recall notice for a simple starter problem....

Received a recall notice for a simple starter problem. Bought my Ridgeline there but live 40 miles away, with a wife in the hospital. "You'll have to leave it all day." "There could be 4 or 5 problems, so no promises of when it will be done." "If we can't fix it today, you'll have to come back tomorrow." THE REAL MESSAGE: "YOU WILL DO EVERYTHING OUR WAY. IF IT DOESN'T WORK OUT, IT'S YOUR PROBLEM, NOT OURS." So I took it to O'Daniel. No problem. Polite, great communication, loaner vehicle and repaired in less than an hour. I will NEVER go back to a deal with such an arrogant, condescending attitude toward its customers.

I finally relinquished my 2005 Honda Accord which I purchased at Superior Honda 16 years ago from Chuck Elford and John Wonder for a 2021 Passport Exl. Chuck and John made it a very comfortable and reassuring experience. A bit of a learning curve with all the changes but Chuck was very patient!
