I'm a returning customer to Superior Honda and will not...

I'm a returning customer to Superior Honda and will not go to any other Honda dealer in Nebraska. Abdul has been great to work with. He goes above and beyond to make your experience positive. He is knowledgeable and personable. I always enjoy working out a deal with him. The atmosphere in the sales dept., finance dept., and service dept. is excellent. They are always concerned how they can help you and not trying to force anything on you. The integrity of this dealership compared to the others in Nebraska is above the rest. Thanks

I loved my 2020 Honda Accord CRV, and now I replaced it...

I loved my 2020 Honda Accord CRV, and now I replaced it with new 2017 Accord. The salesman (Abdul S.) and the manager (Cody G.) were very friendly and helpful . I love my new car and I'm happy with the service at Superior.

AVOID unless you want to pay for services that are never...

AVOID unless you want to pay for services that are never done on your vehicle!! I took my Honda in last month to the Superior location for an oil change and also to have my squeaky brakes inspected. I ended up getting told they were going to need it for the entire day and got sent on my way with a loaner. When I returned the next morning I was assured that my brakes were squeak free. Oh - and they also of course needed to change out all of my fluids in addition to the brakes & oil change so my total was an outrageous and overpriced $800 + (and this was only for one set of brakes - not both). Oddly enough though, my squeak returned and was even louder only a day after driving away from Honda....weird right?? Come to find out, after a lengthy conversation with the service manager, and after me telling him that no I wasn't going to return so they could "fix" something else on my car, and after me telling him that no I don't believe I'm the only person in the world with this crazy story - did he finally admit that no one ever changed the brakes at all. Wait a second, so I dropped my vehicle off at Honda in the morning and I basically have no clue what happened to it from there - if it even remained on the lot during that day or overnight. However when I returned the next day to retrieve it they lied and stole almost $1000 from me for services they knew they never performed. The service manager didn't really have a whole lot to say about this and didn't even offer the refund that I insisted upon. So then I asked to speak to his manager & that gentleman was even worse! His main concern was how I got directly transferred to him...obviously he's above chatting with the general public. In the end, I did get a full refund (because I demanded one - I guess I don't like people stealing from me) but I still need a brake job.

World class service from Aric & Wally at Superior Honda....

World class service from Aric & Wally at Superior Honda. They did a great job making things right and listening to our concerns! Things happen but its how you handle it that makes a world of difference!!

I recently purchased a 2008 CR-V with about 122K miles on...

I recently purchased a 2008 CR-V with about 122K miles on it. Although I was able to get this vehicle for a fair price, I was very disappointed with the salesman who I purchased the vehicle through. Here are the issues I experienced: 1. When purchasing the vehicle I felt as though Abdul was directly making more eye contact and giving my father more attention than to me (the 21 year old college girl who specifically told him over and over I was independently purchasing the vehicle without any financial support from my parents). He was constantly joking around with my father and it seemed like he was more concerned about his opinion rather than the girl who was actually going to make the purchase 2. Abdul said I was guaranteed free servicing for 1 year after my purchase of the CR-V. He said when I purchased the vehicle that he would make sure the car was safe to drive and the car would be like brand new. The only thing he fixed with the vehicle was the paint job and head lights. I specifically told him the steering wheel was shaking, there was a MOUSE in the car after 2 days of owning it, the windshield wipers were old, and the radio antenna was missing so the radio didn't work. 3. When I went to drive 2 hours back to Omaha to pick up my car from the "servicing" that was done on the car, only the paint job was done and the headlights. Abdul had the audacity to tell me to go buy an antenna and put it on myself. He said they didn't have any antennas in the service department for me. He never once fixed the shaking steering wheel. I 110% felt taken advantage of because my father wasn't there when I picked up my car back up. 4. I went to the servicing department behind his back and asked them to fix my vehicle and showed them the video of my steering wheel. They shook their head in complete embarrassment. The service department ended up taking my car back into the shop and completed the following: - installed new brakes because they were shaking so bad - balanced the tires - completed an alignment job - put on a brand new antenna for the radio **I was so thankful for the service department for doing all of this for FREE. They are the ONLY reason why I would ever do business with Superior Honda of Omaha again*** I thought it was funny when Adbul sent me a letter saying he would give me $50 check if I referred someone to him to purchase a vehicle. As a young, independent, college girl, I would do anything to convince my friends and family to never do business with him again unless they are a guy. If you're an independent woman trying to purchase a vehicle, don't waste your time and money going through him- this experience has been nothing but a headache. ***The service department, however, is one of the BEST service departments ever*** The service department truly cares about their customer's well-being and makes sure they are taken care of. 10/10 for the service department.

The whole process was excellent from start to finish....

The whole process was excellent from start to finish. Everyone we dealt with was straight forward and made the process as easy as possible. Chuck Elford is awesome and really great to work with! I would most certainly recommend Superior Honda and Chuck to my friends and family!

New car purchased

The communication I received from the sales representative over a week and a half time frame was awesome. Courtesy pickup and vehicle to go get a check was greatly appreciated and definitely went above and beyond.
