Sales person wasn't as pushy as other places we have been

Sales person wasn't as pushy as other places we have been although they had me sign saying he went over all these items to "speed things up later" when later came he didn't review any of the items with me and some were over the service department etc.

My entire family is a "Honda Family" and we have been Superior Honda buyers for many years. Chuck Elford has been the Phipps go-to-guy for 5 Hondas and they have all been great cars. I have also given Chuck's name to others and he has thanked me for the referrals. I am going to miss my CR-V, but I am sure the new HR-V will be a fun and dependable vehicle to drive.
