It doesn’t seem like this dealership checks their cars

It doesn’t seem like this dealership checks their cars over thoroughly or relays any issues to the buyer. I bought a used jeep Cherokee there and although the exterior and interior are in pretty good shape for a used car it’s been nothing but mechanical issues under the hood since day one. I requested they fix a couple things prior to buying not knowing there were larger issues ahead and they didn’t budge much or make it good.

Would have appreciated more complete explanation of title

Would have appreciated more complete explanation of title timeline at time of purchase. Also agreed to price in cash and then was told afterwards of surcharge for card payment - but still happy overall. Thanks!

This was my first time buying a new car and I was incredibly nervous. Jacob was incredibly kind, patient, and informative. He made the process so easy and fun! I never once felt pressured to buy a vehicle that wasn’t right for me or my budget. I cannot speak more highly of him! He never once made me feel like my questions were dumb or a waste of time. All around a wonderful car buying experience!
