Jayson Kates is the best

I highly recommend buying a new or used car at Gary Yeomans Ford. Jason Kates was a pleasure to work with. He was very patient with me. He spent a lot of time with me. Best car salesman I have ever worked with. If you go there to buy a car you should ask for Jason Kates. Gary Yeomans is one of the nicest dealerships I have ever been in. Great place to buy a car.

A wonderful buying experience.

Freddy Gonzalez is outstanding!

Fun time

They wanted my business they worked really hard to get everything that I wanted in car and payment. They didn't pressure me they gave me the facts about the payment options and they where willing to match the price of other dealers

F350 not fixed

Took a 2015 F350 in for LOW DEF fluid light on. Even though tank was full. All they did was re-flash the ECU hoping the light would go off. Very Poor communication. We spoke to the service advisor and told them we believed there to be something wrong with the actual sensor and to check it. Actually put your eyes on it! They took $250.00 to re-flash the ECU and $25.00 in shop fees?? Really does a floor mat and seat protector cost that? A total of $280.00 down the drain. They didn't drive the truck far enough to realize the light would just come back on shortly after, work order states they took it 15 miles. It's worth the drive to Bozard Ford in St. Augustine to fix your vehicle right the first time.

Car shopping

I was at your Dealership about a week ago. Although I am not ready to buy yet I wanted to see a couple of vehicles and was helped by Francis Jublin. He was very knowledgeable and patient with me. Once I am ready to purchase I will definitely ask for him.

My New Car

I have nothing but the best and most awesome salesman. Dave Maloney has sold me 2 brand new cars, Edge Limited and now my Edge Sport. This salesperson and the dealership are great. The experience was number 1. Relaxed atmosphere and no pressure. What more can you ask. I will back!
