An experience that will bring you back again!

I just bought a 2015 Ford Escape for my Wife from Gary Yeomans Ford. Our representative was Angie, and let me tell you, the experience doesn't get any better, anywhere! They think of all the minor details to help the experience like a child play center to keep my daughter occupied! The dealership is clean, the staff is friendly and the no sales nonsense approach is much appreciated! Angie listened to what i wanted and didn't try to take advantage of me, she simply gave me what i wanted. My family has been buying new cars from Gary Yeomans Ford for over 20 years and the customer service is the reason, hands down! If you're in the market for a car, do yourself a favor and go where you are family, goto Gary Yeomans Ford.

Second Time Around- Just as Great as the First

Just purchased my second vehicle from Paul Oprezzo. I cannot say enough kind things about this dealership as they appreciate their customers and work hard to keep them satisfied. I spoke to Paul before driving the hour and a half to the dealership and when I arrived, he was ready with the new 2016 vehicle that matched my criteria. Further, Patrick from finance worked diligently to enable me to obtain the financing and monthly payment I required. Great experience and I plan on purchasing my next vehicle from these guys as well. I recommend them to anyone looking for a great car buying experience. Thank you Paul and Patrick!

easy and pleasant car buying experience.

Eric was wonderful. Very easy to work with. He listened to what I wanted, how much I wanted to spend etc and got me into the car that fit my needs and that I liked. No pressure, no trying to get me to spend more than I could afford. It was just an easy and pleasant experience. And they brought the car to me the next day when it was ready. Highly recommend Gary Yeomans to anyone looking to but a car, New or used.

Top notch daeler

My experiences with Gary Yeomans Lincoln have been consistantly excellent. From the cleanliness of the cafe and restrooms, to the enthusiasm of the sales and service staff, this place is top notch. I have recently retired and had a Ford Escape that we brought down from Virginia. The service was excellent on this car and therefore we had no problem in buying a new Lincoln from them. I recommend them again and again.

What more could you ask?

Second childhood? I don't know. I had a 65 Mustang Convertible followed by a 67 FastBack. Each with a killer 289 engine. Many makes and models later we are back. Excellent no pressure sales by Eric Coalson sealed the deal. He mentioned military discount, which I was not aware of, plus the Ford no interest and $1000.00 rebate. Eric gave us a course on how everything worked and advised to call him with questions. Completion of the purchase with Eliezer Perez was smooth and very informative. Enjoyable! I seldom say that about paperwork. This was our 4th purchase from Gary Yeomans.

Great Experience

The afternoon was a great experience. The Fusion had all the options, plus a high rating. The pricing was better than I expected. I could not say no! The sales staff was knowledgeable, charismatic and all around pleasant company while we're exchanging information. The entire process went smooth and easy. The only problem may be too many customers buying at the same time. I'm sure Ford will not find that a problem.

Service

Went in for a routine oil change and they rotated my tires and washed the car at no charge. Ate lunch at their quaint luncheon facility and the car was returned quickly. Everyone was friendly, efficient and the dealership from stem to stern was top notch, clean and organized. Best dealership ever!!

Greatest service ever

When I took my car in for what I thought was a warranty problem, that it wasn't, Marion Shaffer went way beyond to make sure that I was completely happy with the service. She had the problem fixed, topped off my gas tank, washed my car all for no charge. With this type of service, I will always go to Gary Yeomans Ford to buy all of my cars from now on. I was just crazy on how nice and professional she was.

I met Luke several weeks ago, and when I was ready to purchase, I went back last week to find him. I bought a Lincoln, I totally love this car. The experience was awesome, not a pressure player who follows me around. The car was detailed while I met with the "money man". It was not a high pressure situation, the deal was on a couple handshakes, which it impressive in this day and age. Luke and his manager were great people. I would reccomend them anytime.
