Great service and very nice people to work with. My van was fixed in a timely manner and I was informed about all matters pertaining to my parts. Customer service was very nice and very helpful . I would very much recommend Gary Yeomans to everyone. From buying our vehical there to the service and courteous of sales associates it is a great place.

High Pressure Sales w/ Service Dept 2nd to None
I went to Gary Yeoman's because I had received such excellent service on my previous vehicle. My salesman, Isiah, was patient, helpful and polite- a delight to work with! However, the sales manager, Tony, employed a high pressure technique such as I have never even seen. He took my keys to "check out my car" and refused to give them back even though I asked repeatedly. I said I needed to think over the car he wanted me to buy but he refused to give me back my keys, finally telling me he was sending me home in the car he wanted me to buy because he had a buyer coming up from Miami to see my car and maybe he could give me a better trade on my car. I thought he was loaning me the car overnight, but it turned out he was closing the sale without receiving my permission. Despite my telling him I was late and would have to come back in a couple of days, he refused repeatedly to give me my keys back, finally sending me into the finance manager to sign papers for the car he wanted me to buy- and I had not been given a test drive and we still had not even discussed the price of the car! In the end, I received a car a model year older than my car with 4 new tires, a 4 year warranty, and 40K fewer miles for about the same monthly cost- not a bad deal. My problem was that I had repeatedly said that I would have to look elsewhere for a cheaper car because I could not afford that car and was looking to significantly reduce my monthly car payment cost. THAT I did not get. Am I happy? With the car, yes, but with the cost, NO. I am still stuck with a car I can not afford and will have to continue to struggle financially every month. Reducing my monthly expense was my main goal from the start, and I told him that from the start. I will not buy from this company again unless I have a lot more money to spend. The facilities are beautiful and I am convinced that service and repairs will be done to my full satisfaction, so I am hoping for a good relationship with the dealership. Unfortunately, I'll have to get a second job to pay for this car.
