More than a car sale

I was unhappy it took so long to get the car ready to drive, but after seeing all they did, I understand. They wanted that car to be safe for my son. The tire tread was find but because they were aged, they replaced them free of charge! They wanted the car safe and clean before delivery!!!

Best service experience received

When an issue arose with my 2019 Lincoln I made a call to Marion Shaffer Lincoln service coordinator. Within a very quick time an appointment was made for the repair. Marion also made arrangements for a loaner car for my use while my vehicle was being repaired With that kind of customer service what else could you ask for

I have had Gary Yeomans Flord Lincoln as my SERVICE DEALER for 10 years....The servicing of my TownCar...(Yes I Have One of Those) as well as my 2 Trucks.... each time for service they were always clear about what was going to be done.... Most always Timely with the delivery of work finished.... Professional Crew Team... will always be my Service Place ....

Ashley Patt is a phenomenal sales person!

I found a vehicle I wanted at this dealership. The issue was I live 400+ miles away. I worked with Ashley Patt online and over the phone and was able to get a deal I was happy with and we were able to handle the transaction remotely. Ashley went above and beyond, and I am grateful as I now to give my daughter the car of her dreams!

Buyer beware on Warranty

I leased my car,( the third one from Gary Yeomans )and decided when the lease was up to purchase it. Whenever you purchase a vehicle you meet with a financial person to sign and pay for the vehicle. In doing so beware do NOT buy the extended warranty. It is a total misleading rip off. I still had almost 12K miles under the factory warranty, and purchased additional 72 months and 48000 miles . After trading in my car at another Gary Yeomans dealership I went back to get the credit for the unused miles, and was told it was out of warranty even though I put less than 25K miles on the car., bringing my mileage to 49K. Driving the 12K miles after factory warranty cost me $1500.00. Just passing this on, they put the pressure on to buy these warranties...it is not worth it. Just another money maker for them!! I do want to end that I was pleased with my vehicles I owned from Ford. I'm rating a 3 because of this warranty issue , otherwise it would of been a 5 star.

Vice was great!

Vice did an absolutely wonderful job getting me into a car I love but am also able to afford. He was never pushy like most sales people. I will highly recommend Vice and Gary Yeoman Ford!
