Buyer beware.

Car did not match description. Classic dealer behavior. It’s 2023, ok? Consumers will not tolerate this anymore and we will look elsewhere for a vehicle.

Terrible service, fraud sales people

Unorganized. Purchased a used car, made false promises then service is back tracking. Apparently they claim if any issues in 15 days pop up they will repair/replace at cost. Noticed issue with door handle next day after purchase brought it back to have them repair that plus two other items for “we owe”. Sat at dealership for 6 hours they didn’t even fix my car. No they don’t have loaners and automated booking for service is an indication of the terrible service you will receive here. Week after car purchase spent 6 hours at dealership and they did not do anything. They rescheduled for Friday but apparently no loaner and they never returned my call to make sure they have parts in stock. I would stay away fraudulent service, run up interest rates on thing never requested like tires bundles. When are you going to fix the door handle your service team broke on Tuesday 4/10/23. You didn’t even fix anything just left my car in worse condition after 6 hours of sitting at your shop

scam dealer be careful

Untrustworthy

I would not trust this dealership with any of your car buying needs. Profoundly awful experience. I hope Sandi's other customers fared better thank me.

To avoid

Salesman was great, sales manager are really bad as well as financial manage. Service is taking extremely long, with no visibility on when car would be ready. I highly discourage people to go there.

Deliberately Deceptive. Bait and Switch.

Bob Rohrman VW hit me with a bait and switch yesterday. I drove 90 minutes each way after confirming twice in 4 hours over the phone that they had the cars I wanted to see. On arrival, I learned that they actually had none of the cars I wanted to see, and may have had one of the three earlier in the day. Nobody expressed any concern over wasting my time or deceiving their customers. Today, they still have 5 VW Golf GTI's listed on Cars.com that they told me to my face they didn't have yesterday, and weren't even allocated to the dealership. They're also emailing me to ask when I can come in to see these cars. The fact these are still listed tells me they didn't make a mistake. They deliberately deceived me to attempt a bait and switch.

Best service I have had from a dealership

Matt and Greg were wonderful. Very professional and thorough. They took the time to answer all my questions. I would highly recommend this dealership and their service department.
