failure to start
service has had my car for 17 days and i still have no idea whats wrong and all i ever get is will let you know tomorrow but it never comes
creepy sales rep
Sales rep was extremely unprofessional and creepy. I am a young woman looking for a used vehicle and went in looking for a specific car in their inventory. I showed the guy helping me the exact vehicle and the stock number, and he wrote down the number but did nothing with it. He took me around the back of the building, sat me down and began chatting me up and asking questions that had nothing to do with cars. While talking about food, interests and hobbies, he was continually looking me up and down and staring at my chest. I kept trying to redirect the conversation back to the car, and finally was able to get him to actually show me a vehicle. But he never showed me the vehicle I asked to see. He walked me around the lot a bit, talking to me affectionately (and creepily) like I was a child, and showed me different vehicles way out of my price range and interest. I couldn't wait to get out of there. So unprofessional, uncomfortable, and creepy. I will not be returning.
My wife and I bought our 4th new Kia. First time at Premier. Alex the salesman was great. John the manager was not. At the sale, John said how much money he needed. We paid that amount in cash in checks and debit cards. He calculated it twice and the sale was signed. 4 days later, I get a call saying the paperwork was wrong and we needed to fix it. The next day, they say we need to pay $1000 more so that it matched the paperwork. I don't know what happened but it was John's fault as it was his transaction. We failed to double check his paperwork. No apology, no shame at his lack of professionalism. He tried to blame the salesman. I'm dying so I don't have time to hire a lawyer and fight. Premier Kia may or may not stay within the law, but they are definitely immoral and unethical.
I love the staff at Premier Kia and how professional they are. My vehicle was serviced in an ample amount of time. This is my second time getting my optima services her and both times it’s been the same. In and out within two hours.
Greatest service experience I’ve ever had
It’s not often you hear about great customer service when you’re talking about servicing your car, but that’s exactly what my experience was. The moment I pulled up to the service department I was greeted by Charles. He took my needs seriously and gave me updates on the status of my car multiple times until it was ready. The highlight of my experience was that I wasn’t over charged or pressured into parts or services I didn’t need and couldn’t afford (this has not been by experience at other service locations). My kids were very happy about the popcorn in the waiting area :)
Beyond my expectations
Quality service repairs quality service department quality people Entire staff treated me with urgency and a great attitude which exceeded my expectations. The Kia of Kenner service department is the standard that all service departments should follow
Buyer (or lessor) beware
Very deceptive. Watch the language in your deal very closely as well as what they say and don’t expect them to honor anything that isn’t explicitly said. Also, if you want to purchase your lease car, expect a $600 per hour fee for an ‘inspection.’ The added stuff can cost you hundreds.
Service delivered on my expectations
Dealership through it’s staff and it’s Service Department created a positive experience and the treatment and genuine attitudes shown to me enhanced that experience My expectations of a service department and its dealership have been exceeded due to this service visit to Kia of Kenner Thank you
I went to Premier Kia, cause their commercials says, "they want to finance your future and not your past", well I went in and was the worst experience. Over the phone I was told the vehicle I was trying to purchase was $15,500. After I test drove it, I really liked it, so I chose to try to get it. I have a few bumps in my credit, but they said they can work with me. After sitting there for awhile, they came out and brought me a paper that stated the car was $16,000 and that I had to give $3,000 down. I was okay with that. Then the saleman leaves and comes back with another paper saying the car was now $17,000, and my payments were going to be $479.00 a month for 72 month. I was floored. I couln't believe it. They would'nt even tell me what my finance rate was going to be. When I got home, I calcualted everything, it seems that they were charging me somewhere in the range of 33% interest rate. THAT IS RIDICOLOUS!!!!!
THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!
Even with scheduled appointment, it took over 8 hours to diagnose and repair coil assembly and spark plugs (basically a tune up, as the vehicle was misfiring) Then to top it off, even after stating I had an active AND extended warranty, service tech stated I'd have to pay full invoice rice and HOPE to be reimbursed by extended warranty company. Which makes no sense. After speaking with the service dept manager, I was then told my vehicle would be repaired by closing time, a full EIGHT HOURS after bringing it in for the SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!
