Great experience

Aaron Wimberley was my service representative when I brought my 2010 Toyota Camry Hybrid in on Friday, September 21, for the 50,000-mile check. He looked up my past history, all service done here at your dealership, which made everything so much more efficient in terms of what was needed. My car was ready even sooner than Aaron had anticipated. An accomplishment in itself! I would definitely trust my service and car to him again.

The Toyota Team was wonderful

Professional, Pleasant, efficient , and Honest!

I had a great experience at Toyota of Santa Monica on Thursday August 23rd. Big shout-out to Chris Rinker the Service Manager, Jorge Robles the Sales Manager, Brand Specialist Joey Haro, and Chris Baldonado the Finance Manager! For getting me through the process of turning in my old lease and leasing my new Camry SE without having a nervous breakdown. I don't need to tell anyone how stressful it is when buying or leasing a new vehicle. I want to start by giving the highest marks possible to the BDC & Customer Relations Manager, Christopher Rinker. Dealing with Chris Rinker and Jorge Robles was a breath of fresh air. Jorge worked with me to get the best possible deal that made me feel confident I was treated much more than fairly. Christopher Rinker is without question the best customer service professional I have ever encountered. He is an invaluable asset to their team that kept me calm from start to finish. He is the perfect company ambassador who obviously takes pride in his craft. Joey Haro treated me with respect and was enthusiastic and diligent in getting me through the whole process as quickly as possible. It's apparent that he has a great work ethic and competence level that seem to be 'old school'. It's too bad that dedication to detail and service are all but gone today, but the folks I dealt with at Toyota of Santa Monica are great examples of a gold standard of service. I hate going into any type of finance office or business affairs dept., but Chris Baldonado got me though all if the paperwork with good humor and alacrity. Customer service is the most important thing to me and seems to be a dying art. I am a Toyota of Santa Monica customer for life now!

Best Service Ever!

Erica Simons provided me with the best service I have ever received in 40 years of driving. She was knowledgable, prompt and pleasant, and my car was ready even earlier than she estimated. Erica was also helpful in steering me toward a salesperson to assist me with my next lease. I will never take my Toyota anywhere else.

Excellent Assistance for Lease Return & New Lease

I was assisted by Mayer Kohan. He was attentive, helpful and focused on helping me with both a lease return and new lease of a Toyota Prius. His priority was to help me get the car I need with the features best suited to those needs. He was available by phone or email for questions whether I we were meeting in person or not. I was also assisted by Hassan Movahedzadeh in finance. He was also very attentive, clear and patient and helped step me through the arena of the finances of car leasing. Much appreciated.

Hamid Zabehi is the BEST.

Hamid Zabehi is the BEST. His personality is great and is very helpful to make it easy to go to the process of car purchase. We bought a Toyota Corolla for my nephew about two year ago and we had such a wonderful and pleasant experience that I decided to sale my Mercedes Benz and buy a Toyota Highlander from Mr. Hamid Zabehi. I went to Toyota of Santa Monica and I just asked to see Mr.Hamid. He is very genuine, friendly, helpful, sincer, kind and always go above and beyond to make the buying car process very easy and pleasant. His main concern is your satisfaction and enjoy buying a new car. He explains all aspects of the cars and make sure what you buy fits your needs. I can go on and on, but I just tell you that I recommend Hamid at the Toyota of Santa Monica for your Toyota purchase. If I could give 10 Start review, I would, but there is only 5 Star max. Mr. Hamid I appreciate very much for your kindness and support to make the car purchase such a memorable experience. My family and I LOVE Mr. Hamid and the Toyota of Santa Monica.

I bought a beautiful White Prius...

At other Toyota dealerships, it seemed as though the sales people were not interested in selling a car. I could not find the car I was interested in and there was no communication follow-up with me about finding the Prius that I wished to have. At Toyota Santa Monica I was treated nicely by Jose Alonzo who communicated well with me from the process of purchasing it to picking it up the vehicle. Also, Pete helped me over the phone quickly negotiate a price for the Prius without having me haggle over a price at the dealership for hours. In addition, I would like to recognize Chris Baldonado who speedily reviewed the paperwork and numbers in the purchasing contract. Susie
