Returning customer looking to purchase a (new to me) car. Past buying experience was decent, though there was an issue with the trunk not opening that we were not told about. When we asked about it, the guy acted like he was personally offended. It’s a car, not like…a child you’re raising… Several years later, test driving some cars, and he was beyond rude. One of the cars had a transmission issue and absolutely shouldn’t have even been driven. He was flippant when told we just didn’t like the ride (we were trying to be nice) and he walked away while we were left standing there.

Worst experience ever. They are so rude and act like you aren’t worth their time. There are definitely better cars and better customer service elsewhere!

STAY AWAY-FRAUDULENT SELLERS Bought a 2016 corolla for a good price a couple years ago, went to trade it in for a newer kia suv. Dealership ran a check on the vin and it came back saying the car had been in a massive accident and the whole rear end had basically been replaced. Nys law says this type of information has to be disclosed to the buyer, BUT IT NEVER WAS. The kia dealership went from offering us 12500 trade in to just 5500 trade in because of this fraudelant sale. STAY AWAY.

The first car I got from D&D was a Toyota Camry. It was a great car and I didn't have to do anything to it. I got into an accident a year later and needed a new car. Got another car from D&D again, Toyota Corolla. Excellent car again all around. 2 years later hit a deer! The car was totaled but with my luck I knew where to go. I got another Corolla in 2021 and have been driving it since. Not one issue ever. Basic maintenance like tires and brake pads. I work in the Autoparts industry and know about reliable cars. I would definitely recommend and purchase more vehicles from D&D again.

take advantage of you..charge 80 bucks for dmv after telling you they dont go someone comes for paper work charge 120 for plate transfer...only costs 60.00 not good people if you have a problem with car..they shun you and dont want to talk to you...dont trust them

Have bought 3 vehicles here so far, all for excellent prices in great condition with no hidden flaws. Each car was thoroughly gone over with new brakes, tires, wipers, fluids etc put on before being available for sale. Family owned business that has a small inventory, but if you're patient you won't find a better deal on a used vehicle.

Great place to buy a used car. Very fair prices. We had just bought a Honda CRV from here and on cold startups was making a rattle sound. Turns out to be a common Honda issue with a VTC (Variable Valve Timing Control) Actuator - a typical $900 fix cost. When my wife called the owner about this, he said he would make it right. He took the car back to his mechanic and fixed it at no cost to us. Great way to do business.
