Exemplary Customer Service Experience!

I purchased 2 Jeeps within 2 weeks from Kelly Auto. I never felt this good about buying a car from any dealership in the Lehigh Valley. It all starts with a "Red Carpet" treatment from the time you step foot on the dealership! Our salesperson, Jim Baab makes you feel that he has your best interests in mind from the very first words out of his mouth and all through the process! They also search for the best financing package available, to meet your needs and even saved us more money than we expected on both cars! The interaction between the Sales Manager Terrell to help us get to our number was enjoyable rather than a chore like most others! And lastly, they offer a lot of FREE services from the service department that most dealerships do not during the life of the car!I would highly recommend them to all my family and friends! We couldn't be more happy with them, and plan on buying a third car in the future!

Great dealership with wonderful sales rep

Anthony Rago is a personable , interested and compassionate member of the Kelly organization. Throughout our experience purchasing a vehicle for our daughter , he thought of all the details and even taught our daughter how to drive a stick shift and be comfortable in her Jeep. He was great to deal with and extraordinarily helpful in obtaining the best possible lease arrangement. He gets 5 stars and deserves the best recommendation

Completely Satisfied Customer

I highly recommend this dealer! I first spoke with Caesar during my initial phone call. He made an appointment for us to visit and met us there in person to welcome us. As for a salesperson, I highly recommend you speak with Jim Baab. He was the most efficient salesperson we met with in our search for a new vehicle. Jim spent a great deal of time with us and was extremely personable and efficient. He answered all of our questions and gave us more information than we received at any other dealer. He is the reason I chose to buy at Kelly. I couldn't be more pleased with our purchase or the process to get there.

Nicely Done

Went fine. Eric very professional and good to work with. Loaner car was nice, other than finding a gun in the glove box!! My truck was ready earlier than promised, so that was good.

Great service and accommodations are excellent

From scheduling the service appointment to the completeion of the work, everything was perfect. Service staff advised me on the proper service needs for the vehicle based on the mileage.

Most recent services to my vehicle

The mechanic found leaves in a filter and said it needed to be replaced. I live in a virtual forest. He also suggested maintenance to my fuel injection system to prevent problems later, which I appreciated. Most recently, they worked on my air conditioning and found out that it was covered under my extended warranty. I find them reliable and very trustworthy. I would have no problem referring anyone to Kelly.

professional service

The experience at Kelly Buick GMC is like visiting friends. I feel like I can ask any question, think things over, get detailed information.....while enjoying myself looking at the beautiful new cars, driving a new car ....having fun! The sales and service personnel are professional and let me know that I am the one who should be satisfied with the quality of work.
