Replaced my water pump to repair a leak. Had a few problems afterward but Gregg and the mechanic took care of these issues quickly.

Bought a used 2017 Malibu with about 3800 miles on it. Great car and purchase price. Have had contact with Sales, Parts, and have gone back for Maintenance and they all did an excellent job.

Customer service is all about communication
Update from my previous post- I received a call from the Service Manager Greg and he spent 15 minutes explaining to me (in layman’s terms) the reason for the (what I assumed) labor charged to replace my door handle($211) on top of the $85 part. He offered a free diagnostic to see if there is any additional “issues” with my door and locks. I appreciate the one on one customer service, and am grateful for the extended services offered. Thanks Greg, I’m still a loyal customer. Although I still think labor rates are high across the board.

Drivers door handle broke- $300 to repair???
I was ASTONISHED that the DEALERSHIP I purchased my vehicle from less than 2 years ago CHARGED ME over $200 for LABOR on an $85 door handle that broke and came away from the door. The fact I purchased this used car from this dealership, and to be charged so much for a defective door handle, I may be considering taking my future business elsewhere. I have always taken this vehicle to this service since it was purchased. I have spent lots of money with this service department, and personally don't feel "customer loyalty" means much when it comes to repairing vehicles purchased on this lot.

Do yourself a favor and pay them a visit!
Great place to purchase a vehicle.....no pressure, very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating and will give you the whole story (no surprises). They are not the biggest dealer in the area, and are a little out of the way, but well worth the drive!

Squeezed me in
Brought my car in early for an oil change knowing I'd be waiting a while. The service writer went and checked with the techs, and they agreed to squeeze me in so I didn't have to wait as long. 1 hr later I was on my way home. Quick, helpful and friendly!

2005 BUICK RAINER AIR SPRING NON-OPERATING
ORIGINAL AIR COMPRESSOR FAILED AT 198,000 MILES. A USED SAME MAKE COMPRESSOR WITH ONLY 126,000 MILES. FOLLOWING THE DIAGNOSIS IT WAS RECOMMENDED TO INSTALL A NEW AIR COMPRESSOR AT $950.00 SO FURTHER TESTING TO CONDITION OF THE AIR BAGS CAN BE EVALUATED. USING ANOTHER SOURCE OF COMPRESSED AIR THE AIR BAGS INFLATED WITH NO LEAKS DETECTED. I FEEL THERE MUST AN ELECTRICAL DEFICIENCY THAT PREVENTS THE COMPRESSOR FROM BUILDING AIR UP AIR. THE TIRE INFLATION PORTION OF THE COMPRESSOR WORKS WELL. I WILL CONTINUE MY SEARCH FOR A POTENTIAL ELECTRICAL DEFICIENCY. THANK YOU

Chevy Bolt
Love my Chevy Bolt! I'm almost 80, so of course, "Overall" I'm still trying to figure things out like the audio system & something else I can't think of right now!. We are now a two car all-electric family; my husband has a Tesla and his controls are much easier to navigate?must be why it's cost so much move. My Bolt, however, charges overnight from a household outlet to suit my local needs an eventually I might even figure it out..

Gold Rush is a quality dealership
Great dealership, A+++ service. Steve took the time to to make sure we got the car we wanted. The small town white glove service is just what we were looking for. No big auto mall chaos, just real down to earth sales people. This is the second car we purchased from Gold Rush this year. Thanks again Steve and the entire Gold Rush team.
