Great job. Professional. Prompt. And the service is above any other dealership I have deal with. They give more than expected. Jacob is our rep. He is fantastic. Very personable and really cares about the customers. Not only in communication but in action. I wouldn't go anywhere else. This is the second Lincoln that I have leased from this dealer. The first time was a great experience and I was more than satisfied with the experience and the car. I called the dealership and made an appointment with Robert Grissom. When I arrived at the dealership, the receptionist greeted me like a friend and Robert was waiting for me. We went to his desk and he listened to what I could afford and what I needed in a car. He had two options for me and I took me to see the cars. Both were wonderful, but I choose the one that was right for me. He did not pressure me into making the decision. He answered all my questions with made it easy to make a decision. Michael Glass, CFS Director, Tim Worsley, and Tom ?, introduced themselves to me and let me know that if I needed anything I just needed to ask. Everyone made me feel important and like we were friends. They did everything possible to get the best car for the money. When I met with Pico, Finance, he was also friendly and professional.
