Best part of our purchasing experience was working with our salesperson, Nellie Morallo. She is knowledgeable, professional, pleasant and most importantly, listens! We were weary of "highpowered, hype" salesman. Nellie was a breath of fresh air!! We would absolutely recommend her to anyone!

22 hours ago Not pleased, was deceptive with pricing. The sticker price vs the actual price charged at checkout, was much higher then is standard. It was partially my fault for not being able to be with my wife, who bought a Toyota Sienna from them. The sticker price was 20500 but then when my wife went to purchase the vehicle all the"Dealer fees" we're over $4000 in the end after lots of haggling my wife got it down 2 $23,790 I spoke to my wife over the phone about this as it was happening. I said it was acceptable because it was a newer 2018 Toyota Sienna with only 25,000 miles but when my wife brought it home there was significant scratches dings and general body damage that my wife unfortunately did not pay much attention to. With all the scratches and dings it was by no means a good deal and the way they inflated the dealers fees. I feel they took advantage of my wife, and it makes me never want to shop there again!

21 yr old daughter was told she had to use debit card to...
21 yr old daughter was told she had to use debit card to place hold on car that they indicated would be 6500 - by time they finished it was almost 9000 - we went ahead and placed hold because car was in good condition but way overpriced now - purchased car from other dealer that didn’t inflate - went back to have “what we were told was run as a credit” reversed - they voided it after sitting us down with finance manager. Well they LIED they ran as debit and now she has to wait 7-10 days - this is a college kid your dealership took advantage of and she can’t afford to be 500 short - Buyer BEWARE - ps the car we got - same condition - same year - way less mileage!!!! And much much better PRICE.

Repairs not handled at all
i have contacted them several times, the service dept., sales man., gen. manager and no one will call me back regarding the problems with my vehicle, i have asked to cancel my warranty also and they have not responded to me on anything in 3 1/2 months. Not any response back. Please help.

Horrible
I have been waiting 3 weeks to get a situation handled that was created by a sales rep stealing from customers. The phone operator was ugly and very rude. One hung up on me, no return calls from management, said they do not have a district manager or corporate office. I have never use anything Coggin again. It’s does not matter if it’s Coggin Ford or Coggin Nissan I see the same thing as horrible customer service and complete disrespect for customers. Management never return phones and I’m just sick to my stomach I even trusted them.

Price Change
I had contacted Coggin Nissan in regards to Nissan Rogue. Working with the salesman via the Internet Sales Rep a price was negotiated and agreed to $22,900. I accepted the price and drove over to the Atlantic store. Once I arrived, I received a phone call saying that the price has changed to $23, 800. The sales person repeatedly apologized and stated he even hated calling back. I do not hold him responsible what so ever. We then proceeded in and I agreed to pay the “new price” due to my timeline. Once inside I asked to see the internet sales representative (which gave the orignal price of $22,900) and I asked her why the price had changed, she stated I gave the price of $23,500 and it never changed. At this point she confronts the sales person and asked why he gave us this price of $22,900 (confronting him in our presents; this was not the right place to accuse the salesman or discuss in front of other customers it made me feel very uncomfortable) and he responded that is the price you told me. She then proceeded to the General Manager. He (which I cannot recall his name but introduced himself as the General Manager) came over to our desk to ask was their a problem that he had overheard the conversation (which is not true because he was behind a glass wall 30 ft away). I explained the last minute price change and he said she could not have given the price because I set the prices every morning and I set this one at $23,800. He said he will look into this and proceeded to walk away never returning. I met him on our way out the door to give my appreciation to the awesome work of the salesman and told him I would never return as a customer. He made the comment several times that he will just have the salesman pay the difference. Mind you this is the General Manger making these comments! I was disgusted and could not get out of the dealership fast enough. The lack of communication in the managerial level is silly and considered a joke. The salesman will eventually be the one to take the fall as he is the lowest man. I feel bad for him as I intentionally did not include his name because I truly believe he enjoys his job and I did not want to put him in jeopardy. The Internet Sales rep and the General Manger never addressed the issue of the price change or apologized. Coggin Nissan on Atlantic displayed the lowest level of distrust in customer service, reprimanding a sales person in our presence, and the lack of holding themselves to the highest level of integrity. I can honestly say I have never had a worst experience buying a car.
