I prefer the service at this particular dealership

I prefer the service at this particular dealership because they make me feel like my car is important and want to make sure it is safe to drive. They also have "perks" from time to time which I have not seen anywhere else and some discounts. I recommend them.

Sales person was awesome, Business manager acted like I

Sales person was awesome, Business manager acted like I was bothering him by being there. I got several sighs and he was extremely standoffish towards my wife and I even going as far as scribbling over one page where he was hurried and put the wrong information down. Salesperson was top notch! Savanna was on her game, had she not been I would have driven back 6 hours to home without our new car. For the Business manager I’ve never seen a more unprofessional act.

VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED ON SATURDAY

VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED ON SATURDAY FEB THE 19TH. I HAD BOOKED A OIL CHANGE WITH JOE SHOBER FOR 8AM. WHEN I GOT THERE A GUY NANED CHARLES TOLD ME IT WOULD BE ABOUT 1 TO 1 AND 1/2 HOURS. I TOLD HIM I HAD A APPT. HE SAID DO YOU KNOW HOW MUCH IT WILL BE AND I SAID NO. HE TOLD ME IT WOULD BE 58.00 AND I SAID OK. WHEN IT WAS DONE IT WAS 83!!! THEY HAD USED SYNTHETIC OIL AND DID NOT ASK ME. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I BOUGHT MY CAR THERE AND HAVE ALWAYS HAD IT SERVICED THERE. IF THERE WAS ANY QUESTION ON WHAT OIL TO USE THEY COULD HAVE LOOKED AT THE RECORDS THERE OR ASKED ME BECAUSE I WAITED!!! I AM GLAD I WILL HAVE OTHER OPTIONS TO SERVICE MY CAR AND TO BUY MY NEXT CAR.
