What a terrible experience.

What a terrible experience. They agreed to a deal on a Wednesday, had me confirm a pickup date with an appointment for following Monday and explained they would send instructions to complete the bank transfer for the down payment. After several days of stalling and wasting my time they messaged me at close on Sunday of the same week to say they sold the vehicle to someone else even though we had a deal. No call or follow up, ghosted. Super shady bunch over there from the online sales crew to the sales manager. What a waste of time. Avoid these folks at all costs, unprofessional schmucks. I'll never buy a Kia as long as I live because of this experience fwiw.

At the service desk at the service desk, they were very kind, helpful and knowledgeable in my vehicle. They kept me updated as my car was being serviced and informed me when it was time to pick it up.

Service department is terrible.

Service department is terrible. Held my car for 4 days despite doing nothing for 3. Didn't contact me and was unreachable. Communication and time management are severely lacking in the service managers

Great experience. The staff was friendly and kept me up to date on timeline of repairs. I bought my Kia here and continue to go to this location to service.
