Cannot get a service appointment

I am trying to get in to have my Kia looked at for issues with the steering/front suspension. I am having a very hard time contacting the service department about having my car looked at. To be honest it seems to be a trend amongst local car dealers. I really would like to get this problem looked at and resolved.

Great, easy experience with purchasing a new car.

This is my second vehicle purchase at Kia of Dayton. Very pleased with the sales staff, especially Alan Newsom. Very attentive and polite, not pushy or pressure-based. Sales staff do not work on commission and seem to genuinely want to put you in the best vehicle for your budget and family needs. Service staff is always friendly and will give you the estimate cost prior to any service. Waiting area is clean and warm.

Helpful and flexible

Good service with professional team and reasonable prices only they don't have a good space for customers to wait for their cars only 6 seats very near to each other

Service at Kia Dayton

The Service Manager went out of his way to get me out early for my Doctor's appointment. I really appreciate him expediting my service. My doctor made my appointment early. AM. Service was completed and a fine job by the mechanic.

Successful Trip to Kia

My experience at Kia was very good. Ended up leasing a 2018 Kia Forte S. Corey was very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend Kia of Dayton.
