Ambar was the BEST salesman I have ever dealt with

It was GREAT service and the car salesman Ambar was EXCELLENT. She was VERY professional and knew the answer to every question asked. She made sure EVERYTHING was done correctly. We would DEFINITELY recommend her for anyone looking for a professional salesman!!!

Very Efficient

Excellent and fast service, the personnel was very friendly and professional. The car was serviced and delivered in pristine condition. The waiting area is very comfortable or you can ask for a loaner at no extra cost.

Don’t do business with this dealer.

Don’t do business with this dealer. Steve Soto, Service Manager, is unprofessional and dishonest. He does not respond to e-mails or calls after you make the purchase. You will be treated horribly. Steve is a horrible manager. He’s verbally aggressive and unprofessional. Steve lied to me and had me waiting unnecessarily for months for a part covered under my warranty. He also was verbally aggressive when I asked him about the part and yelled me when I was advocating to be treated with respect and professionalism.

Do not do business with this dealer!

Steve Soto, Service Manager at Orange Park Acura is dishonest, he doesn’t return e-mails and is very unprofessional. He aggressively confronted me at the dealer because I was advocating to me treated with respect and professionalism. He lied to me and had me unnecessarily waiting for several months for a part to come in that he later told me was already at the dealer. Don’t do business here the staff lies and rarely answer the phone after you make the purchase.

Great customer service!

My appointment was at 10 but i showed up around 8:30 because I was up & Josh helped me out anyway! He was so nice & funny & even helped me get out there early because i had a busy day ahead of me. The woman at the front desk even let me charge my phone behind her desk. Very good experience!
