Got the specific car I had been looking for.
Ended up being a very satisfied customer, at first the car wasn't there that I had prearranged and I was told it would be there in a few hours from another dealer. After many hours I became impatient and left but they called within an hour to say the car was there, actually 2 of these cars arrived so they really were trying everything to deliver. I feel I got a good price and am very happy.

Do not get your Honda repaired at Honda Superstition Springs
Went into Honda with an unusual sound in my engine. They diagnosed it as the power steering pump. Charged me $661 and guaranteed the sound would be gone. It was not gone. Went back and they did some work on the serpentine belt. Sound was still there. Today they told me that I needed a new water pump for $680 but they would take $80 off. And that would get rid of the sound. Another Honda dealer said that their price was under $600 without any deal. Do not get your work done at Honda Superstition Springs they're very nice but they don't guarantee their work

John, Thank you for your feedback. As I understand it, the diagnosis was done based on a noise that you wanted fixed. The power steering pump was faulty and was replaced. This particular sound was eliminated as promised. Unfortunately, this is an older vehicle that has multiple issues, and you were made aware ot another noise that was present. You advised us to do another repair on the vehicle based on a recommendation from a friend. Our shop advised that this repair would not eliminate the noise you were hearing, but you requested to go ahead with the repair. The noise persisted as was explained up front. The water pump, which was making a noise, was recommended for replacement. Our shop uses OEM (manufacturer) parts and that was what was quoted at a substantial discount. It looks like you then called a dealership in Canada and another in Phoenix, which were not using OEM parts. We explained the difference between manufacturer and after-market parts. You requested a greater discount than we were able to give and at that point, stated you'd like the water pump replaced for free, which we were unable to do. If you would like to discuss this further, please don't hesitate to contact us. Best, Mike Rutherford miker.hondas@gmail.com 480- 355- 6926
Lies and more lies.
We purchased two cars and had a great experience. Unfortunately they pulled us in with a good sales experience, telling us there would be no problems with a couple minor concerns we had with titles. Now it's over 2 months later. We are owed money on one deal and the dealer has refused to provide it until they receive BOTH titles - per the GM. First they said everything would be fine once we provided receipts the titles were ordered, and that was a lie - they now refuse. They waited until the deal was too far done to go back so they could get the sales. They lied countless times, to our face. They haven't even provided permanent plates for one vehicle, over 2 months later. I firmly believe they are intentionally withholding the plates, or have not submitted the paperwork, as they continue to dodge the question of where my plates are. Requests to speak to the owner were met with "We don't know his info." Requests submitted on their website have gone unanswered. The Finance Manager Keith said the F and S words to our faces in front of around 10 other people, both customers and employees. I am not offended by language, but it's totally inappropriate to say them to a customer. He tried to say we knew "from day 1" that we needed to take care of a problem, but that makes no sense since we knew they were holding our check. We did everything they requested, including a 20+ hour, 1000+ mile round trip to do the legwork for them - that they said they could do themselves - and then refused to honor the deal we made. If I could go back and undo these deals I would. I will never give this dealership another penny of my money. I am afraid to take these vehicles there for service - they have lied and gone back on their word so many times now that I am afraid of what they would maliciously do to my vehicles. I have two coworkers currently car shopping, and both were so horrified by this ongoing ordeal that they swore off this dealer. The worst part is that now whenever I get in my amazing, wonderful brand new Honda, I will have to remember this experience. At least I will never forget the name Superstition Springs Honda, and can spend the rest of my life warning everyone I can to stay far, far away.

The dealership stood by 100% of its commitments though we were forced to wait for title issues to be resolved by our client. Once those issues were corrected all funds were released as agreed.
The fact that the dealer response has no apologies for the way things were handled shows their true colors. No apology or mention of a manager swearing at us. No attempts to explain the multiple lies. Putting blame on the customer by saying they were “forced” to wait on title issues when they accepted both cars knowing up front what those issues were, assuring us it would be no problem and then waiting almost 2 months to notify us that they needed us to do anything. And THEN blaming the delay on us. In the end they did uphold their commitments 100%. Unfortunately it took 3 months, and countless lies from the dealer. I hope everyone reading this notes how the dealer reply does not address a single issue we had, and instead tries to portray themselves as the victim. To be clear, I don’t actually think there was any maliciousness in their actions - just simple greed and gross incompetence. At NO time did we refuse to assist with the title issues - as stated, two days were taken off work and a road trip of 1000+ miles was undertaken within 10 days of being notified of the problem in order to correct it. We did everything the dealer asked, even though they went back on their word multiple times. I understand the reason they are not defending themselves is because they have no defense. There is no excuse for the language or the lies, and so they choose to simply not address it. They are clearly uninterested in saving us as customers - it would have shown a lot of good faith for them to try. They don’t even attempt to reassure me that my vehicles and myself would be treated well if we came in for service. That speaks volumes. My anger has faded some with time, and a simple apology and reassurance that we would be treated well as return customers would have gone a very long way. I guess this goes to show how I would have been mistaken to trust them.
SOLD US A PREVIOUSLY TOTALED CAR WITHOUT DISCLOSING ON CARFA
SOLD US A PREVIOUSLY TOTALED CAR WITHOUT DISCLOSING ON CARFAX. Was even a "Certified Pre Owned". We just went in to trade in our old accord for a new one. Surprisingly the other honda dealer showed us a Carfax report that stated this vehicle was a Total Loss in 2009, before we bought it, and only started reporting it in 2013 after we bought it! It did NOT show up as a Total Loss on the Carfax when we bought it used from this Superstition Honda dealer. This was even a Certified Pre Owned and they did not disclose this or show it on the CarFax! The air bags are stated to have deployed and major damage needing towning from the 2009 accident. If trust and safety are your concern, AVOID! We are in contact with the Better Business Bureau and other certain parties about this.

Supreme Service thanks to Tommy Durante
My husband and I have purchased 4 vehicles from Superstition springs Honda and service has always been excellent. However Tommy Durant made my regular service even better. He has always been able to listen to my concerns and provide me excellent supreme and genuine service. I would not want to see anyone esle but him for my service. He cares about his customers and that's what really Matters to me. Time and time again he has gone over and above for me to get me the answers I need or provide me the right service. Additionally, our sales experiences there at Superstition Springs Honda have been exceptional which is why we keep returning back there for purchases of new vehicles. The sales people are kind and courteous. Yes there are incentives to sell a car but the sales guys in all my experiences have been outstanding! They listen and work with you to make every car purchase a win win. And they are friendly. I felt like by the end of our vehicle purchases we became friends with the sales and finance staff. I could not say enough to commend the entire staff there at Superstition Springs Honda, more specifically Tommy Durante.
