Great place to buy a vehicle.
I just bought a 1998 ford mustang today and am super happy. Everyone that works at dove is super nice and helpful. I will be purchasing another car from them soon.

A totally wonderful experience! We drove over 250 miles to look at a van with a good price. The salesman assured me they would not sell it before we test drove it. Other dealers I had contacted would not give me this guarantee. The van was ready to go as we arrived. We had tight time restraints to look at the van, make a decision, and get back home. When I saw a full tank of gas , I said to myself, one less stop and home earlier. It made an impression to say the least. The staff was friendly and helpful. They returned phone calls promptly. To be honest, they treated us like family. In the future, Dove Auto will be our one stop, only stop, car store!!!

Great Customer Service at Dove Auto
Great service from Dove Auto. It is refreshing to work with a group that practices good customer seevice. I purchased a car and the owner came personally to pick me up to bring me to dealership to get the car. Negotiation was honest and straigh forward. Thanks again to Denny and the team at Dove Auto.
Found their car online. They were willing to meet me working around my schedule to look at the car. Reasonable priced car. Repairs to used car done well. Was willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Made buying a car easy.
I was looking at a used cargo van they had purchased from an auction which used to be a government vehicle. They were able to purchase it below blue book price. It had hail damage on the hood, the side door lock did not work and it shimmied once it got over 55 mph. They eventually fixed the shimmy in the rear end. I did not care about the hail damage as I was going to use it for a company vehicle and have it wrapped in my company logo which would cover up the hail. They were not willing to negotiate on the price and insisted on $2000.00 over blue book value which the bank would not loan me. Since they had already purchased the vehicle below blue book and demanding $2000.00 more shows how greedy they are and why most people do not have a very high regard for used car salesman. Dove Auto is all about making the sale and not about treating the customer fairly. What is a fair profit? Apparently whatever you can screw the next customer for at the time.
At Dove Auto we have always tried to deliver the best products at the best price with great customer service. The reviews here indicate we do a pretty good job of that. While we respect what our customers may be willing or not willing to pay for a vehicle it is very frustrating when someone attempts to give us a black eye with inaccurate facts. This customer has no idea of what we paid for this van! Current retail and wholesale market on large cargo and passenger vans is quite a bit higher than "book values", they are only a guide and sometimes don't keep up with the actual market. This customer was sat down at a computer and was shown what our competitors were selling the same van for, the price "we all" agreed to was very competitive and represented a fair profit for us and good value for the customer. The fact his bank would not finance the vehicle is not true, the next day we received a form to sign from the bank verifying the amount of the loan and how to file the lien. I think it boils down to the fact this person was unhappy we would not drop the price $2000. We would not be in business for 15 years if we focused on "screwing" our customers.
I purchased a 99 Olds Intrigue about 4 years ago. It was in very good shape for its age aside from worn brakes and bad rear struts. Without hesitation these guys took care of both issues. The price was very reasonable. I am still driving the car and wouldn't hesitate to jump in it and drive to Florida & back. It's got 186,000 miles now and still runs great. Thanks Dove Auto! I'll be back for sure.

WE WERE IN THE MARKET FOR BUYING A USED VAN BECAUSE WE HAVE THREE KIDS AND WERE RECENTLY IN AN ACCIDENT WHERE THE LADY HIT ME AND TOTALED MY VAN SO WE HAD BEEN DOING ALOT OF RESEARCH ONLINE LOOKING FOR A TOWN AND COUNTRY WITH CERTAIN OPITIONS THAT I WANTED, AND MY HUSBAND CAME ALONG DOVE AUTO ONLINE SO WE MADE THE DRIVE TO GRETNA NEBRAKSA FROM SIOUX CITY IA, WHEN WE ARRIVED WE SEEN IT SITTING ON THE ALOT AND I FOR ONE WAS VERY EXCITIED BC IT HAD EVERYTHIG I WANTED, SO WE TEST DROVE IT, AND IT WAS GO. THEY ARE NOT LIKE OTHER CAR LOTS ITS NOT ABOUT THE SELL WITH THEM THERE IS NO HASSELING WITH AND PRESSURING U TO BUY BUY BUY , U CAN TELL THIS IS A FAMILY BUSINESS, AND IF I HAD TO BUY ANOTHER CAR THIS IS THE PLACE I WOULD GO AGAIN AND AGAIN!!!
