This my 4 th car I bought at North Hollywood Toyota. I am happy with their professional and welcoming behavior. My salesman was low key and got me almost everything I asked for. The only complaint I would have is the finance part of it and signing the paperwork. To me they take way too long trying to sell you all the excess things like warranties, etc. I just wanted to sign and go home. It took about a whole hour or more to listen to all the sales pitches. Other than that part everything was smooth sailing.
