Had appointment for a prepaid oil change and filter on

Had appointment for a prepaid oil change and filter on September 16, 2025. Upon arrival I am told they are short handed and they won't start my car for approximately 2 hour. Now the new they were shorthanded in the morning why wasn't I call and told to bring my vehicle in later. I was schedule as a wait for my vehicle. That means I would have been sitting there for 2 hours for a job that should not take longer than a half hour. I called someone to pick me up which is and added expense to me. I picked the car up the next day and was told that my tires were in the yellow not bad but need to be watched and the brakes were in the yellow but not bad but need to be watched. Here is what gets me the brakes were completely done including rotors and fluid flush 6/12/25. All four tires were replaced with a balance and alignment on 5/5/2025 and had just been to the tire store on 9/8/2025 to have the tires rotated, and no problems had been seen by them. These were items your tech pointed out not a mileage item. The advisor answer was he would write it up as it made him to be a fool. My problem is What if I didn't know my vehicle and its history I could have believed your tech and advisor and possibly paid for unneeded repairs. I have lost my confidence in Earnhardlt service department and the only reason I will be returning is because I have a prepaid maintenance.

Very good experience.

Very good experience. Theresa was my associate and quickly arranged a shuttle for me. Mr. Lovett was extremely personable and was happy to drive me home in the 2025 Tahoe. Great people work here.

10000/10 recommend ALEX KOONCE & BRANDON (general manger)!!!! I was treated very nice as well as polite. These two worked very hard to make sure that me & my son was satisfied with my new vehicle. After being treated very poorly from 4 dealerships in the area Dale Earnhardt Jr west Tennessee street treated me as family. Thank you for my 2026 CHEVY TRAX LS!!!!!!!! I was 100 miles from my home when my 2025 Chevy Blazer

I was 100 miles from my home when my 2025 Chevy Blazer was towed into this dealership on June 14, 2025 and Johnathan checked me in. My Vehicle was only 5 months old with 5,550 miles on it when the engine indicator came on and car was not operating properly. This was a Saturday and I was told my service appointment would be on Thursday June 18th. I called the dealership on that day and was told the transmission would have to be rebuilt and the parts had come in on the previous day. On Friday it took me until 3:00 PM o finally get lined up for a rental car. My biggest problem with the service department is they never initiated contact with me. I had called my service advisor a time or two but finally after the 3 weeks I began trying to get some information on my car. Finally on July 8th I talked to the service manager and he called and said all parts had been given to technician and it should be a couple of days. After 4 weeks of frustration on July 11th, I tried to reach the dealership manager but was told he no longer worked there, so I asked for assistant manager and was told he was not available. I asked if there was anyone in charge and they finally connected me to a sales associate. They listened but, had service manager to call me. But that got no results. On July 14th, at the beginning of the 5th week. I called and asked for the assistant manager, but again he was unavailable. I talked with service manager again and he said transmission was installed an they were connecting everything back together. Finally on Tuesday July 15th at 5:30 my car was ready. On July 16th I went to pick up my car. I was directed to my service adviser. I stated my name and told him I was there to pickup my car. He asked me if it ready? Who called you? I told him Terrick had called me. He walked back to a couple of gentlemen and said Mrs. Johnson is here to pickup her car and one of them asked—Jan Johnson—he turned around and looked straight at me and left. I’m sure everyone down there knew my name by the 5th week While I’m thankful to have my vehicle, I understand waiting my turn but guess I expected more with the name of Earnhardt and Hendrick attached to it.

Jared was a great salesman.

Jared was a great salesman. Knowledge about the car. Listened to what features I wanted and worked with me on it. And wasn't pushy at all. On the finance side I dealt with Hamzah and he was also great explaining my options without being pushy.
