Key pulled for what???

Traveled 1 1/2 for a car that was already sold. Manager was rude. Terrible experience. Salesperson told us 2 hours before she was pulling key.

Did everything online then got a call from Tony D. Had problems getting approved everywhere but Tony got me done. Thanks! The new guy Derrick was cool and kept talkin to me. made the time go by faster. I will be back!

My truck has been in the shop for over a month and I keep

My truck has been in the shop for over a month and I keep getting the run around. At first I was told I was getting a remanufactured engine and then weeks later I was told it actually was used with 90,000 something miles on it. My advisor always states he will get back up with me and update me and I always have to call the dealership to get ahold of him. I was told my truck would be complete this week and I called today and they still haven’t started on it. I understand people get busy but communication is key and I’m really getting upset with Chevy.

Great customer service.

Josh is awesome!!

I worked with Josh today and he was extremely friendly and thorough. I asked him a lot of strange questions and he knew the answer to all of them. He helped me with all my anxiety and now I am the proud owner of a brand new Chevy!
