They all were helpful and very kind. Ive looked at several different cars different places, but none of them have been as helpful as Nissan.
INCREDIBLY disappointed by the service staff here. They put in a bad word with the regional Nissan and made it so that they will not goodwill my headlights,... which will end up costing me about $3000 out of pocket for something that was entirely out of my control. Their reasoning? That I leased the car from a Nissan in south Florida rather than their store. Their service manager Adam had me convinced that he would try his hardest to take care of this issue for me but ended up making it worse. I ended up driving 6 hours down south to have my car serviced. This whole situation is very unprofessional and ridiculous. I will try my best to avoid this Nissan at all costs.
These guys work to ensure your needs are met. What a uniquely great group. I cannot speak about the service department which, in all due deference and... respect, I don't plan on. That's why I bought a Nissan!!
We tried to buy a car here, but were told the truck we wanted would have to be ordered (we weren't asking for anything special--just a certain bed length... and three preferred color choices). We did order it but were told in January we wouldn't have it until April but they would keep looking for us. Fast forward two weeks and still no word so we began searching on our own and found a suitable "used" truck similar to what we wanted but it was in Tampa at Courtesy Nissan. We called but truck we wanted had sold that morning. We told the salesman what we were seeking. Over the next two hours he called us four times and on the final call, he'd found our new truck in one of our colors with bed length we wanted. We cancelled order with Kraft but the salesman there didn't even try to talk us out of it or ask why we were cancelling, but we told them. Ho hum response. Yesterday we drove four hours to Tampa to get our truck with more features and at a lower cost and a higher value placed on our trade in. Plus the salesman at Kraft offered to give us two years free maintenance for a good review. We said sure. But at Courtesy, we discovered our package included 60 months of free maintenance as standard package. What's the deal, Kraft Nissan? Do you get commissions on not selling new vehicles? We wasted two weeks but feel wonderful about our new truck and the deal.
They sold me a Leaf 2018 with a non working anticollision system sensor. After a minor crash they attribute the malfunction to the impact in spite of having... a proof photo. I had to pay for the repair and after got the car back it had a dent on the front bumper. They said it was the body shop guilty and they won't repair or pay for this new dent. Go away from this dealer. Never again. Not honest people
Mr. Al Bernal, is the best sale preventative at Kraft Nissan. Mr. Al really worked with me and my mother and we both walked out with two brand new cars... "2017's"! I highly recommend everyone to Mr. Al. this guy will make anything possible to help with get into a new car at Kraft!!!. You will leave happy, I promise you!!!
I bought a used truck from these guys on 4/18/14 and there were some paint scratches that was brought up at time of purchase, but could not be resolved... because of the bad weather that day. The salesman (Bill Delashaw) said to "come back in a week and we will pay for some repair $100 or so, we will treat you fair." Within that week I washed the truck and found some serious paint chipping that was obviously covered up. I brought it back a week later pointing out the paint chipping and they would not help me. The repair would've been $250 and they wouldn't cover it. They wouldn't even cover half of it, none of it! He looked at me like i was crazy (used car sales manager, Lee Davis). I was very surprised and very disappointed. Their paint guy who quoted the $250 was also surprised. He offered to do it elsewhere for cheaper. I will never do business with them again. They're liars and crooks.
I was dreading the process of buying a new car when my vehicle was totaled. When I went to Kraft Nissan I was greeted by a friendly salesman who immediately... put me at ease and made the whole experience fun and easy. The salesperson, Travis Thigpen, was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. He made the purchasing process one the least stressful I’ve ever had. I’d... be lying if I said I wasn’t hesitant about dealing with Kraft, since I’ve never used then before, but my daughter had a said they were easy and great to work with. She had bought a car earlier from them. So I am glad I did. So, if you are looking for a Nissan or a used vehicle, I recommend Kraft Nissan.
