Good service

Yesterday i purchased a 2014 Grand Cherokee Overland. black with dark blue interior and Technology Package. I also added the chrome side steps.. Who cares right? I'm just very excited about this car Anyways, I had a good car buying experience. They were very flexible and patient with my demands. I happen to be very picky and chose the black interior then after further research came back the next day and asked to change to the blue seats with brown. They searched and found a car for me. No complains. often dealers are excessively aggressive, rude and try to take advantage of buyers but once you signed the papers they couldnt care less. This was not one of those dealers. I recommend this place and particularly recommend Gene smith the salesman who attended us.

Helfman Dodge Chryster Jeep RAM (Mark Freeman)

We recently purchased a Dodge Journey for the second time on a row. We had such a great experience! Our sales person was great (Mark Freeman). We did change our minds so many times and he was very helpful. We recommend Mark to any one that wants to purchase a new or used car at Helfman Dodge.

Supreme Service

Outstanding service! As a buyer,I can be a pretty tough sell. I told Gene (salesman) on the phone that I don't enjoy spending a lot of time haggling over price and that I wanted to make a buy that day. He and Keith (Gene's boss), came through with an open book approach which I very much appreciated. I would highly recommend them for your next buy.

Very Impressed!

I recently purchased a Dodge Charger. Randall Acosta was amazingly helpful and knowledgeable about the car. He also gave me a great deal on the vehicle. I drove from San Antonio to Houston because the deal was that great. I look forward to getting my next vehicle from Helfman Dodge.

Execellent Customer Service

Ismail & Keith did a fantastic job on helping me with on my new purchase of a 2013 Wrangler unlimited 2013 jeep. They worked with me on the finances and as well as getting my jeep ready to drive off the lot. Ismail is an awesome people person, honest, very informative, and a good concern person on customers needs. Keith worked with Ismail in every way he could to make sure the customer was satisfied with the new jeep. I did not wait long, my paperwork was ready and did not take long. I am very happy with their excellent work on meeting the customers needs. I LOVE my 2013 Wrangler Unlimited Sport Jeep!!! Awesome buy!!! Thank you for a pleasant experience of my new purchase.

Horrible! I was just told by the Fiat service advisor...

Horrible! I was just told by the Fiat service advisor that they would not fix my car they are overwhelmed with work. Said they could only do oil change. Do not buy a car from a dealer that can not hire enough staff to fix your car when it is broken.

Service from Gene Smith

we came in saturday looking at a preowned jeep wrangler. john coleman was great at listening to us and let us go for a test drive.we then realized we didn't want to drive a stick and john directed us to gene smith. again, we had someone who really understood customer service,listened to us and made us feel very comfortable. he made buying a new car a very pleasant experience. he then brought in chris scott to talk to us and walk us through the financial end of the process.again,exhibiting the same great customer service of the two previous gentlemen in our 42 years of marriage,helfman jeep and gene smith have to be rated as the most professionalexperience ever.

Amazing Service!!!

I was out looking. Didn't know if I would buy or not. I had the pleasure of being directed to Mr. Gene Smith. What an amazing guy. I'm a salesman, and I run from car sales, and only visit lots when they are closed. I always feel like I'm going to be pressured to make decisions I'm not comfortable with making. Mr. Smith gave me a couple of calls to see when I was able to come in, and I appreciated that. I was in the area and decided to stop by. What I received was great service with a personal touch. This dude has sales game. He gave me some personal history, and some background, felt like I knew him my whole life. He introduced me to the management team, and coworkers. I held my face firm, but I knew, he was going to sale me a car, because I wanted to buy one from him. I appreciated being made comfortable, and the sales process was quick and flawless. I wish everyone buying could experience his sales journey. He was in control from the inquiry to the sale. I love my vehicle even more, because the process was the best.
