My Corvette

After seeing the Corvette online, I contacted dealer and spoke with Jeff King. Drove down to look at the car and this was by far the most efficient and smooth car buying experience Ask for Jeff you won’t be disappointed!

They lied to me everyday this week

i had scarificed so much to get his 1800 AFTER TALKING TO HIM TODAY!!! to get the cash go car was sold 3 days ago

I purchased a 2018 Jeep from Carolina Auto Direct

I found it on there website and called Donny. We exchanged pictures and two days later I was driving the Jeep. It was a pleasure dealing with Donny and James. I also had a good time talking to and dealing with Grayson. I would recommend Carolina Auto Direct to everyone.

CAR BUYING

Recommend this dealership to anybody. They had the car I wanted at a great price [ I have seen similar cars going for much more ]. Jeff done a super job in dealing with us. Great place to car shop. Thanks again . John and Susie

Nightmare

These people are the epitome of a nightmare used car dealership. We bought a vehicle, had it back in the shop 2 days later and was told it was a $600 repair. 4 months later, this same car has only been on the road 3 weeks altogether because of the issues with it. It also had a branded title, which meant the original dealer had to buy it back because of the issues, and we were not made aware of that at the time I’d purchase. It is currently at a legitimate dealership being repaired with about a $3000 repair bill. Thank you for nothing Carolina Auto Direct. Not sure how you sleep at night....

Maybe it was just the salesman...

The car I purchased is amazing. Love it. But my salesman, despite multiple requests, disclosed no damage. When I got the vehicle, a major control button inside was forcibly snapped off. A dent was in the bumper. I reached out to my salesman over text multiple times and got no response. I finally called him and he just said he had ordered a new button already. I doubt it had already been ordered as I still have yet to receive that important part. Furthermore, my salesman ignored most of my texts and usually replied with “we are speaking with your co-signer”. It was clear to me that this salesman only cared about the money he would receive from the deal. I wish I had a salesman who cared a little bit more. No follow ups, didn’t make sure I was happy, didn’t communicate well at all, I probably wouldn’t give this dealer another shot but would encourage someone to find a worth your while salesman who won’t make you feel like a dollar sign.

Best experience I've had in a long time purchasing a vehicle.. Chris gave me good energy,enthusiasm , and lots of patience!! Would recommend him to anyone without hesitation .. See u next time!!!!! Btw this is the lincolnton dealer.. very nice facility! Keep up the good work Chris!

Purchase at the Lincolnton branch

Very satisfying experience buying a handicap equipped custom van at this dealership. Vehicle was exactly as described on eBay. The staff were friendly and professional. This location had a large number of high end and collectible vehicles on site. We were very impressed. I recommend that potential buyers at least visit their website.

Cody at Carolina Auto

I walked in after looking through several trucks over the past few months. I was greeted at the door by a nice salesman. Cody who let me take the time to look over the vehicle I had in mind. Most places I have visited over the past few months you could feel the rush or pressure like they didn't want you to take the time to pick your vehicle they just wanted to get you to sign anything. Not the case with Cody and Carolina Auto great place to look great people and even took the time to help me work out some things to make me more happy with my purchase. Cody and Jeff worked very hard to get me what I wanted.

Jeep Wrangler Sahara

i was referred to this dealer by a patient who purchased an automobile of same make and model as I was looking for. I found several jeeps online and realized this dealer only sold vehicles in superb condition....meaning there wasn't a car on the lot that looked like it couldn't sell. I phoned them and got Stan Miller on the line. He got the Jeep I was looking for to be shipped over from another store location to save me the trip. We scheduled a time to see vehicle, and the rest is history. I had spent the previous month shopping around at car dealerships and quite frankly, it is my least favorite thing to do. These guys at Carolina Auto Direct are professional and efficient and I would recommend them for anyone seeking to buy a used car. If they don't have the car you want, they can find it for you. I also worked with Manager James Stems who was fantastic as well! Overall A+ experience.
