The guy that took my car back for an oil change was wonderful but the guy who took my money was an xxx. Talked down to me and I didn’t appreciate it. However, I’ve used y’all before since I’m out of state and the checkout guy will not keep me from visiting your store.

Can you change the TV channel in the waiting area to car/truck channel. That is what we the waiting customers all have in common is our vehicles. Plus it might motivate people to upgrade and customize their Toyotas and hopefully you make that sale.

Service is fantastic, 4th car I have bought from them. Willing to go the extra mile and answer all the questions that I ask before, during and after either when purchasing or when bringing the cars in for service!
