I was having an issue with my 2021 Buick Encore GX. I would receive a Shift to Park error even though my vehicle was in Park. I scheduled an appointment to get my vehicle checked. On 11/24/24, I went to my appointment, I told Ms. Joette the issue I was having. She said it is a known issue in the Buicks. She will have it checked and get back with me. About an hour later she comes out to the waiting area and tells me that the part is not covered under my warranty. I asked why? She said, "it may be the location of the issue, something could've gotten spilled or anything." She said, "it would cost $310 to get it fixed." I was confused and not happy. I went to my Salesperson Big Johnny, who sold me the vehicle, and explained the situation. He immediately said, "that does not sound correct". He got on the phone and contacted the warranty company. He spoke with Yvonne. He asked if the part (the brake assembly) was covered under my warranty. She said, "yes, it is". Big Johnny, got off the phone and went back to the service department and let Ms. Joette know that he spoke with the warranty company. And the part is covered". Ms. Joette, told me she would order the part and let me know when it is in, so I can get the issue fixed. My rating of 4 stars, is due to Big Johnny going above and beyond to get to the root of the issue. If it was not for him, I would've been paying for a part that was already covered under my warranty.

I attempted to purchase a vehicle with this company, Tony Jackson was my sales rep and he was very aggressive, rude, impatient and very pushy. I attempted to purchase a 2019 Volkswagen Jetta and the vehicle had 3 check engine lights on. Tony called my personal phone, cursed at me and was very rude. Beyond unprofessional. I was also feeling very pressured into getting a warranty and he and Ray became very pushy when I declined an advised I would get my own. The vehicle was returned, due to me not wanting to sign the finance agreement with the 3 engine lights being on and also the AC was out. I thank God I didn't purchase the vehicle and saved myself the headache. I'd rather give my money to people who are honest and respectful and Tony was not AT ALL! Also wanted to mention, though I didn’t work with John much, he was always pleasant and professional anytime I showed at the location. Maybe had he been my sales person, my turnout possibly would’ve been different.

I purchase a vehicle that they promised me they will fix somethings on vehicle. It has been a nightmare, I have been there 3 times so they can fix vehicle. The first 2 times they called me said parts are in and when I get there they take vehicle in service and then inform me they ordered wrong parts. The third they called said the right parts are in so I went back for third time and they fix two of things and trying to get out of one repair they promised me they will fix. Had to fight for what they promised they will do for me to purchased the vehicle. So beware, they will promise you things so you will purchase a vehicle and not keep them. I live 30 minutes away from the place and they don't consider your time and money you spend on gas going back forth. This makes the fourth vehicle I have purchased from them after this experience I probably won't be back.

Mike Delgado is the ABSOLUTE Worst!!!! This subpar sales person ran mycredit without my permission after i expressly asked if it needed to be run again!!!! HE LIED TO ME LIAR also tried to tell me that my credit required many thousands down when carmax gave me 99 down IF HE TEXTS YOU> RUN@@ HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
