It was easy to get an appointment at a convenient time and Wayne was very helpful and friendly. I appreciate the sheet explaining what was done and the status of my vehicle's systems. Your Rewards Program is very helpful, too.

Caleb was great in service, thank you. I live closer to 2 Ford dealers but brought vehicle to Northside as I wanted to see their service compared to Damerow and MacKenzie. I'm glad I did, will now be servicing my '13 Escape with Northside.

Gary was very friendly and was knowledgeable about the truck I was interested in. He spent the necessary time with me to make sure I knew everything about the truck and how the various systems worked, and answered all of my questions. There was no pressure through the entire process which made it a very pleasant buying experience.

I stopped by last Saturday around 3:30pm to get my truck repaired and was told that the service dept was already closed for the day. The website shows your hours open on Saturday is until 4:00Pm. If your closing at 3:30pm, your website needs to be updated!

The Service Counter guy was easy to talk with.....courteous, professional, and quick. Work was completed the same day, and the work area was neat and clean.

We came in for on oil change and noticed the service guys putting plastic over the driver's seat and paper on the floor to keep the truck clean. This impressed me. They drove the truck with care. AWESOME!! Also, my wife asked Jim Schnell (our sales guy) for help syncing her new iPhone to the truck. Jim came out of his office and spent at least 20 minutes getting the phone set up and explaining how the thing worked. He is a great guy.

Northside Ford is an all pro operation. No BS. No car-lot hustle. Service is quick and well done. I have yet to have a bad day with them.

Good overall experience. Wish that the cost was not as high, but it is a dealership. Stated oil filter cap was incorrect, but only Ford dealerships have sorked on it.
