Worst service over text/email. Think he needs more training. Telling me you cant place a price on the value. WHY WAS BOB JOHNSON ABLE TO GIVE ME 2 PRICES. ITS CALLED A VIN AND PICTURES Called left message for store manager. He's just as bad.. No Worries. We RECEIVED THE BEST SERVICE FROM BOB JOHNSON CHEVROLET. HAD ENOUGH CASH TO BUY OUTRIGHT. YOUR LOSS. I HAVE PASSED THE WORD ALONG.. DO NOT DO SERVICE WITH THIS BUSINESS.

We are assuming you are speaking of our dealership purchasing your vehicle given the fact you are stating that we were unable to place a price on the value? If you are in fact referring to us purchasing your vehicle? You are absolutely correct that we do not place a firm price on a vehicle without physically seeing it unless it is a late model vehicle. Unfortunately vehicles are not always as described by a customer. We apologize that you are not happy with our process however we are happy that in the end everything worked out for you.
